Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I reserved a room athe the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CT XXXX XXXX NV US from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX 3 nights. My discover card was charged XXXX on XXXX XXXX and although the was a non refundable note there was also I a Refund policy due to Covid. I checked in on XX/XX/XXXX and stayed 1 night. I was in fear of the Covid out break so I requested to check out and the front desk agent assured me that my card would be refunded. I have a letter from the General Manager of XXXX XXXXXXXX stating that the refund was issued to XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I returned to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX because I was unable to find a more suitable place and I was told that since they refunded my original reservation I was charged again for the additional 2 nights. So I was charged twice. I contacted both companies and Discover refuses to refund the charge although XXXX XXXXXXXX issued it to XXXX XXXXXXXX. PLEASE HELP XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I called in to discover bank to dispute a ACH transaction with XXXX XXXX knowing that I dont business with them and discover was so quick with the investigation and denied my claim and closed within few days and didnt give me the chance to appeal or send any documents for these ACH transactions and wouldnt help me with getting started with the appeal and I lost over 800 dollars with this bank and Im so sad and there no customer service agent would help me and they had to change my account number over to XXXX from XXXX for nothing .... Consumer Complaint: DISCOVER FIN SVCS LLC XXXX Date opened XX/XX/2016 Balance {$1900.00} I already reached out to the credit bureaus and to DISCOVER FIN SVCS LLC, and notify them of their error posting of information on my report. I requested an investigation and the removal of the erroneous information. No changes were made. I informed them that this company was violating the Fair Credit Billing Act by illegally adding fees and yet they did nothing to correct the matter. I have been monitoring my credit report for any changes since my several dispute letters, but I am yet to see the correction that I asked for and desperately need. I requested to generate me personally with a detailed description of the procedure designed to verify the account is " real '' but as of the moment no information received. I had also requested the actual proof, physical first hand documentation of the payment history but I did not receive what I asked and these violations persist on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I was in the hospital with covid 19 for two months the company sent me a security identification update while I was in the hospital to verify that I was really me, kind of strange but they did through a third party credit reporting company. this was after having my account for few months. I called the company to explain what happen and they just said sorry we cant help you. my account was closed and reported negatively on credit report. I asked them to reopen the account or remove it from credit report they said i was in good standing with payments on time etc, but because I didn't responded to the secured question they were unable to help me.
