Consumer Complaint: HI, the exchange Coinbase are restricted my account, without no reason, I can't buy/sell or withdraw any digital asset into a digital secure wallet, I can do nothing even try to delete my linked methode payment, to create a another one but everything is stuck, I try to check Identity with passeport, ID CARD, driver license every is fine but my account still restricted, many case was open but Coinbase support no response. many people have a same issue you can see on XXXX. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/20 : Opened Coinbase XXXX ( product division of Coinbase ) account ; verified all information requested including driver 's license & personal picture upload XXXX : Deposited {$70000.00} usd without any issue or indication that any information was lacking XXXX : Deployed deposited funds to purchase XXXX ( at which point coinbase profited heavily off my transactions XXXX XXXX : Account was frozen without notice ; subsequent attempts to alter my held positions were unavailable as " trading was disabled '' on the account. After reaching out to Coinbase I have not received anything but a generic response from the company, despite numerous inquiries, as to why my account was disabled. As a result of not being able to manage and trade my positions, I have incurred {$1700.00} in direct monetary damages as of this submission. I have never experienced this type of customer service from a financial institution, much less one that allowed me to deposit significant money then freeze my funds only after they profited from deployment. I would like relief from this situation.

Consumer Complaint: I have an account with Coinbase, and I have a wallet plus a Vault, where I usually store the leftover money, I have never had a problem to transfer the money from the Vault, to the normal Wallet, except for this time, the site asking me to confirm approve the transaction, and they are using two of my email addresses, one works fine, and the other address never worked, I didn't receive an email to ask to confirm, nothing at all, I wrote them 5 emails asking them to approve it or to send me the link to my other email, but they never replied, and I have made them aware i would complained about it, but still no answer what so ever. I would like to have the money back from them, and I will close my account, can not stay with a company that doesn't even respond to their customers, I feel like they are stealing my money

Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/XXXX at approx. XXXX, I sold my cryptocurrency stock after being up all evening watching the increase in this one crypto currency XXXX. I sold the stock when it hit XXXX cents. their computer system went down and was not operational for several hours - the next day. I thought I had it sold as it said confirmed before crashing. the next day, my account showed XXXX balance - like all my money was gone. I made several complaints to the company. after 2 days of not seeing my money in the account, it miraculously appeared showing a loss of several thousands of dollars. I made the sale and transfer prior to their computer crashing. they have not honored this and my account was not made available for two whole days after this event. I would like your company to investigate. this happened to thousands of other people. I am not alone in this. I demand from the company that they refund my account in the positive at the time of sale of XXXX cents before their computer system crashed. everything is documented. Please investigate into COINBASE. My account is my email XXXX. should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me via cell XXXX or email. On XXXX XXXX Coinbase accessed my bank account without authorization and stole those XXXX euros back to I-don't-know-where. The money is neither in my bank account nor my Coinbase account. I have sent like 20 messages to them and have no answer yet. Their phone number allows me only to solve account problems by talking to a machine. No human beings at all. I'm from XXXX and I feel totally XXXX since I'm afraid they have stolen my money, which I will never see again. XXXX.

Contacted support to ask why, and how long this would be an issue for ( on XX/XX/XXXX ). Never heard back from this, so eventually submitted a formal complain through the form on the coinbase site. That was on XX/XX/XXXX. Have not heard anything back from coinbase still. Also tried contacting their support account on XXXX via tweet and DM. No response.

Consumer Complaint: Coinbase. I had been using them since 2017. Back then I bought XXXX for under a dollar. That's appreciated quite a bit since then. About four months ago I had a data breach. Someone remoted into both my computer and phone. So I purged all my data to keep it safe from the scammer. It worked. My funds were safe. They still exist. Since then I have been contacting Coinbase almost weekly to recover my account. Because their site forced me to use 2FA on my phone I haven't been able to recover my account. I've informed them tat I have current ID and a social security card to recover. They haven't even tried to help. Right now I don't even have enough money to spend on a pack of cigarettes. I can prove who I am, I've been in contact with them, they refuse to resolve the issue.

Consumer Complaint: I have a Counbase account which I use to trade crypto currency. I made a sale on XXXX XXXX and then bought back some more XXXX but this was put into my XXXX vault without me authorising this. I tried to get this moved to my XXXX wallet from my ethereum vault but it requires a secondary email verification which I no longer have access to. I contacted coinbase support on XXXX XXXX and had no reply. I then re contacted them on XXXX and XXXX via there support page and on social media. I then was asked to verify my account using my driving license and face recognition on Sunday XXXX XXXX which I did at XXXX. I have since tried to contact coinbase to find out what is happening again and no reply until Wednesday XXXX XXXX saying wait 5 days. It has now been the 5 days and I have had no reply from coinbase and currently losing money on trading upwards of 150. Please could you look into this lack of customer support with my own money
