Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 Coinbase Company said I XXXX XXXX. XXXX had insufficient funds to buy crypto currency. I have a balance of XXXX for this day, and Coinbase withdrew XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, for a total of XXXX withdraws of my funds on this day. There are no insufficient funds, this is an error on Coinbase. I need Coinbase to put my funds back into my XXXX XXXX XXXX bank account. I have provided Coinbase with my bank statement for XX/XX/2021 showing withdrawal of XXXX, and no insufficient funds. The easiest way to look at what happened is to look at my XXXX tokens wallet history. On XX/XX/2021 I converted XXXX to XXXX tokens. This gave me a total XXXX tokens of XXXX in my wallet. Later in the same day Coinbase XXXX from my bank account, but no tokens for the payments. My XXXX tokens balance is still at XXXX, given no tokens for the XXXX taken out of my bank account. the XXXX would have brought my XXXX tokens wallet balance of over XXXX. My XXXX wallet tokens balance is still at XXXX to this day. Coinbase Company refuse to resolved this problem.

Consumer Complaint: Coinbase.com ( company ) promises {$5.00} in bitcoin when opening a new account. I opened an account in XX/XX/2021. As of today, company has not delivered on its still advertised signup bonus. Company has been contacted repeatedly but did not offer a valid explanation on its refusal to comply with its policies. My account is verified ( see screenshot ), active for trading ( see screenshot ) and not a duplicate. Company has stopped responding to emails on this subject ; open cases on this issue are now immediately closed without notice. Emails available upon request.

COINBASE have been closing every single case that I made to fix the issue that I have with them : Case # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX and # XXXX. Thirteen single cases that they have ignored. All starts ends of XXXX, at the same time I made my first buy. I had been user since 2018, buy now is when comes the problems, with my first buy. I know they " hear my frustration and this is not the most ideal experience '', but it can not be possible that this problem be so difficult. Only verify my ID. They already have it! They tell me I should not submit multiple support requests, but I do, because they CLOSE every single case. So, that's why I open a new one every single time, because I see my case closed, and my account is still blocked. I only want to operate with my account like always did. My ID is fine, every document have been updated in your platform.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I block my password in my Coinbase account, I send an email and the company respond on XX/XX/XXXX under case # XXXX saying that they will work on my case to reset my password and make a follow-up as soon as they have an update. After that nobody contacted me, I called several times to Coinbase phone number XXXX XXXX and they don't give options to talk to a customer service or support. After that they send me an email with the instructions to reset my password to access to my account and doesn't work either. On the XXXX of XXXX they send me a new email saying that they send my case to an specialist who is reviewing my case ...??? until when nobody knows??? and until today nothing happens. I'll send several email with my complete name and cell number, information about my account, etc and until today nothing happens at all. I just want to access my account to check my XXXX and it is impossible with these people. I'm really frustrated, Thank you very much in advance,

Consumer Complaint: I opened a Crypto Currency Account with Coinbase approximately three-four years ago. During the month of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I received several text messages of a pending withdrawal from my account. It advised that if it was not me I should click on the link. I did not do so instead removed the Coinbase App from my cell temporarily. During XX/XX/XXXX I reinstalled the Coinbase App and it did not recognize my email or password. I communicated to Coinbase of the problem at least a dozen times by email. The reply I received is that my account is locked. I have tried to have Coinbase unlock my account by way of numerous emails without a satisfactory reply and sometimes no reply from Coinbase. I do not have access to my account despite my plea. Coinbase refuse to address my issue and my funds remain in their custody for the past six months. How can I resolve this issue and or close my Coinbase account. Coinbase remain in possession of my money under the guise that my account is locked despite all my efforts to identify myself as the authorized client.

Consumer Complaint: I have a Coinbase account that I had to lock myself out of due to it being hacked by an unauthorized user. I got a text in early XXXX of 2021 from Coinbase as if someone was trying to access my account. When I went online to sign in, they sent me a verification code to a phone number Ive never had ending in XXXX. I immediately disabled my account which still has {$30000.00} in there and I had one automated email from Coinbase telling me to change all my email passwords which I did, so I sent them another email explaining I did all the steps they required me to do and got one more email back from them saying they were having an account specialist look into this for me. Since then Ive sent 6 follow up emails about the status of my account and my funds and no one has gotten back to me. Ive have XXXX stored in Coinbase and about {$15000.00} in crypto just floating that I dont have access to trade or withdraw.
