This judgement was sent to an invalid address and has an invalid employer listed to " garnish my wages '', therefore this is an invasion of my privacy pursuant 15 USC 1681 384.

Consumer Complaint: Good Afternoon, My name is XXXX XXXX and I am in need of assistance in dealing with a debt collector by the name of Jefferson Capital Systems XXXX. They have been reporting to my XXXX of my credit bureaus false debts. When I contact this company and provide them with my XXXX XXXX XXXX they state that they can not help me because the information they have does not match with what I gave them, this is obviously a huge problem because this is debt that I have no idea about and is not owed by me or is tied to my social security number. They have been reporting for XXXX or more years now and is hurting my credit because of the false debt they have been reporting. I have hired a credit repair agency about XXXX years ago, and even they have submitted verification letters on my behalf, and still, the credit bureaus and Jefferson Capital are claiming that the debt is verified, however, the debt is never verified with me based on my information that I give to them. This seems to be unfair to me and has actually caused me financial harm because of the XXXX false debt collections accounts that XXXX XXXX has reported on all three of my credit bureaus. XXXX asking you guys for your help as a collections agency is not or should not be allowed to keep reporting accounts that can not be verified using my XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Whom ever the XXXX accounts belong to, thats whom they need to report to their credit bureaus and collect from the person whos information they have. This is very unfair to me. I have contacted them in several ways to have them remove the XXXX accounts of all three of my credit bureaus, and they keep refusing to remove it as they keep saying the information is valid, even though its not. If it was an actual debt that I owed, then they should be able to verify me so I can pay the debt off, but, that simply is not the case and not so way to remove when they cant verify either accounts with my XXXX XXXX XXXX, this means the XXXX accounts belong to someone else and they just keep harming me. Please see attached where Jefferson Capital is reporting to all three of my bureaus. Please assist and advise

Company never send me these documents showing that these items belong to me. I have requested these items to be removed, but after time and time nothing has happened. I have sent in disputes, 601 letters and nothing has been removed. Iv reached out to all credit bureaus and nothing has been done. I wont this item removed off of my credit.
