Consumer Complaint: I purchase an item from Home Depot. The item was delayed in delivery. When it was finally delivered I no longer needed the merchandise. I returned the merchandise to the store. The return/refund was approved and I received a return receipt from customer service on XX/XX/2023, see attached copy of receipt. as of today the refund has not been applied to my card. I was told by Home Depot customer service that the refund would take from 3 to 5 business days. Credit card company has not refunded my money. It has been now 30 days. I do not have the item and seller has my money.

Consumer Complaint: I had an amount of {$75000.00} deposited on XX/XX/XXXX towards Priority Checking Account of Citibank under the Special Promotion of Cash Bonus of {$1000.00} on fulfilling certain requirements as mentioned on their website XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). All the stipulations mentioned therein were met and I have not yet received the Cash Bonus. I called several times and spoken with their Customer Service and also to one of their supervisor, XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, but could not get a satisfactory answer other than they have escalated it to their higher-ups. The Supervisor mentioned that I don't have Form W-9 on file. Form W-9 is a request for SSN, which I already have and they have it on file. Filling another form not only will complicate the problem, but may generate another SSN. Also my Debit Card has been blocked, & they don't have the answer 'Why '. If they don't fulfil their obligation, would amount to likely 'Fraud/Scam ', for XXXX like me. If you need further details, I would be glad to provide them. Consumer Complaint: XXXX on XXXX received a phone call form ( XXXX ) XXXX explaining to me they need to verify personal information to have a process server come to my home because I was being sued. I asked what this was about and asked for their name, but the female representative did not give me her name, nor could she tell me why. I explained I was not comfortable give her any information, so she gave me the name of her law firm " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' along with the phone number ( XXXX ) XXXX. She gave me a reference number " XXXX ''. I called the above number, a receptionist picked up the line. I explained what happened and gave her the reference number. Again, the person did not give me her name, and stated an attorney would be with me in a moment. After about XXXX seconds, she came back on the line and stated the lawyer was in a meeting, and she could help me. She stated I owed over {$13000.00} on a XXXX credit card from CITI Bank that was close doff in XXXX. I stated I need to see paperwork on this accusation. The receptionist stated we received something in the mail on XX/XX/XXXX, but we never received any notices or letters regarding this. I asked if she could mail it with signature confirmation, or if the process server could give that information to us. She stated we're going to lose our home because they were going to put a levy on it, and we'd be in financial ruin if we don't " resolve this debt today ''. I thought this business was a law firm, but I think they deceived me because they sounded like a debt collection company. I've never been threatened like that before, and didn't know who to turn to. Any help would be appreciated. I have a copy of my phone log wit timestamps if needed.

On XXXX I had them deduct {$2000.00} more from the same XXXX account. The next day I got an email saying I violated the terms of the client manual They did deduct the {$2000.00} I have called at least XXXX times asking for them to return my money. I can not get a straight answer. On XXXX I went to my banker at XXXX and he called. They said they were sending the money back on XXXX, XXXX days after they closed the account. I called yesterday to see where my money was and was given the run around. They said my account will be closed in 60 days and that whatever balance I had with them they will mail a check. well now it's XX/XX/XXXX, and the account was not closed yet. after so many attempts to call them and close it im just leaving it up to the cfpb now. I don't remember my debit card number or account number with them but they can access my account with my SSN number which is XXXX... hopefully, this could finally get the account closed and my funds sent out to me

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I was set to fly out with XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). I unfortunately missed my flight, cause much stress, frantic in trying to find another flight and/or a flight credit- on top of being in a crowded airport, while my companion was furiously angry. -While he was on the phone with his own travel rewards company, I was researching online what to do if you miss a flight with XXXX XXXX using " missed flight XXXX XXXX '' as the search topic. One of the first search results was What to do when you miss your Flight XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Blog -On that website is says " talk to a real person and get a human at XXXX XXXX and to dial XXXX XXXX XXXX -Upon calling that number, I spoke to a person named XXXX, and impersonated a XXXX representative. I provided him with my travel itinerary, confirmation #, my name and DOB ( also my companion 's ). He attempted to find me other flights, and when those flights did not work out he told me he would provide a travel credit for {$99.00} a person. I lost reception, and he called back multiple times from ( XXXX ) XXXX. I picked up eventually and he said he would need a CC to process the credit. I provided him with my CC information and billing address and email. He said I can call back with with iternary # and speak to him ( XXXX ) to rebook. -Once I was able to leave the airport, into a quieter place, the pieces of what happened started to fall together, so I called XXXX directly ( from a number found on the actual XXXX website XXXX. I spoke to a representative who told me they have no knowledge of the phone numbers I had called nor any record of me speaking to a XXXX. When it when I came to the realization that I was scammed by a person impersonating a XXXX employee. And look further into my call log and the ( XXXX ) number he had called me with was labeled as potential spam by my phone. I saw the pending charge of {$190.00} and I immediately took action to resolve. -I called my credit card company Citibank and gave them the details of what had happened and they assured me not to worry and that the transaction would be canceled and I would get a new credit card and that the {$190.00} transaction would not be posted. I received a transaction canceled email confirming what I was told and the charge was removed. -My companion called his XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( the flight was booked under his rewards CC ) and was able to get the flight credit processed through XXXX XXXX the same day ( XX/XX/XXXX ). -I checked my account today, XX/XX/XXXX, and saw that the charge was processed and posted on my account. I didn't receive any notification from Citibank that this was changed and would be posted. -I called XX/XX/XXXX Citibank and spoke with a representative who said it is still pending and didn't acknowledge my concern that I already received an email from Citibank telling me it was canceled. I was transferred a few times to the dispute and told it was pending and asked what happened again and if I called the merchant. -Knowing the merchant is a fraudulent company that is impersonating XXXX XXXX- I don't want to call them back and be scammed again out of more of my money.
