Consumer Complaint: When I opened this account around XXXX of XXXX, I was given a credit limit of {$7300.00}. I have never missed nor have I ever been late with a monthly payment. Yet in spite of that, my credit limit has been decreased to, ( {$5700.00} in XXXX, {$5300.00} in XXXX, and {$1700.00} on XXXX XXXX ). The latter is after Ive made payments of {$180.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, and {$3300.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, towards a balance of {$5000.00}. Which took my balance down to {$1600.00}. I received a letter via email the very next day stating my limit had been dropped once again, making my available credit {$130.00}. Every time they have decreased my limit, my credit score has dropped. Then they state that my score in part is the reason for the decrease.

Consumer Complaint: My credit card ending in XXXX is a XXXX XXXX and the issuer bank is Citibank. I complained about a charge of XXXX dollars that was posted on XX/XX/2023, to a XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, XXXX. The bank did an " investigation '' and determined that I was responsible for that amount. I believe I can not be made responsible for the following reason 1- The merchant does not exist. I never went to a restaurant by that name. 2- In XXXX , it is illegal for a merchant to charge under a different name 3- I XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX and came out empty 4- I asked people and taxi drivers when I was in XXXX and no one know a restaurant by that name. 5- In my credit card statement the merchant does not show any address or phone number 6- The bank failed to tell me who they paid, no address, no phone number. It seems to me that they paid a ghost merchant.

Consumer Complaint: The credit card imposed a very high interest rate after the promotional rate expired even though I have never been late or missed a payment. I wrote a dispute letter on XX/XX/2023 asking for an explanation. On XX/XX/XXXX they responded with a form letter having no information pertaining to my account. I wrote them back ( see attached ) requesting documentary evidence regarding the rate and on XX/XX/XXXX they wrote a letter ( see attachment ) providing no further documentation beyond a hopelessly vague reference to {$6.00} refund without any explanation. I am in the process of tryimg to pay off the entire balance of {$18000.00} because of the punishing monthly interest of {$450.00} being imposed without justification. This is an extreme hardship on me and my wife.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/ a complaint was filed with the Comptroller of the Currency. I was directed to file a Complaint with the CFPB. This Complaint deals with fees that were posted to my Citibank account. The complaint states that Citibank was aware that Scammers had Deposited a Mobile Check to my account. Citibank Closed the account. They opened a new account after review by their fraud department. That later charged my account- {$800.00} for the fraudulent XXXX ( fees ). I told the Comptroller of the Currency I should not be held liable for these fees. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: Citibank, which finances store credit card accounts for Best Buy Stores initially approved me for a credit limit of {$2000.00} in XX/XX/2023. In XX/XX/2023, after I made a sizeable payment to pay my debt down, they punished me by lowering my credit limit to {$900.00}. Which is an odd number. Also, made it look like I went from having available credit of approximately $ XXXX {$1300.00} to available credit of {$54.00}!!! They cited that I had high balances, etc but as I stated above, I received a settlement and paid down or off all of my credit cards and personal loans. Weeks later my credit score started going back up! It seems predatory to approve me for credit when I had high balances and inquiries before and now when things are trending down and I pay my bill on time every month and actually paid down all of my other debt too that they would reduce my available to a point that only left me with {$54.00} to use. Now it looks like I'm over utilizing my credit card account, which is also a misrepresentation and not fair credit reporting by any means. That's predatory to me!!!

In a conspiracy with the consumer reporting agencies to cause a restraint of trade and commerce, this debt collector has engaged in racketeering activity. I have never given this company any consent to be in possession of my nonpublic personal information. I disaffirm any alleged agreement or contract between I, the consumer, and the original creditor, whether implied or explicit. This account is a billing error. Please provide me with documentary evidence of the obligors indebtedness.
