Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I signed a contract for XXXX XXXX XXXX to pick my boat up on XXXX I provided pictures of the boat and a description ( year, make, model ) XXXX told me that they would do everything needed to get the boat transported to me. XXXXXXXX XXXX showed up with a insuffient truck/trailer and were unable to move the boat because they didnt want to remove the radar arch, even after XXXX assured me their movers could do it as they are in the business of moving boats. After more then a week of excuses as to why he couldnt get my boat moved, I have multiple text messages from him as evidence which can be provided upon request, I hired another company ( I have the invoice ) to move the boat in a timely manner. That company picked the boat up on XXXX. As per the document I signed with XXXX XXXX I am entitled to a refund because they never scheduled a date, please see attached " confimationorder ( 1 ) '' " Deposit is refundable if for whatever reason said customer chooses to cancel the shipment of their vehicle BEFORE they are scheduled with a carrier '' I disputed the charge on XXXX on XXXX AND XXXX Bestbuy Citibank sent me letters saying the dispute was decided in my favor then on XXXX they rebilled my credit card for the {$1200.00} and I am unable to dispute this charge again.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX, XX/XX/2023. I never applied for credit, especially with XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/2023. These, I assume, came with car shopping as a co-signer, I didn't know they were going to submit credit applications to other banks. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/2023. Also, I assume these were from car shopping ; however, they never mailed a reason as to why and I never approved of them running it XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/2023. Consumer Complaint: I have a credit card with Citibank and I have multiple charges on my account that I have disputed. Last year around the same time I already disputed the charge and it was never resolved. They claimed it was my responsibility. the Merchant is XXXX XXXXXXXX. I reiterated that I'm not interested in renewing my XXXX XXXXXXXX account. However I was charged last year on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and again this year- XXXX the same date I'm charged for another year. I've explained to XXXX XXXX multiple times that I'm not interested in a paid membership. The original payment was {$74.00} XXXX ago and then they jacked up and kept charging me. Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX and this is regarding charges to a Citi XXXX credit account account. This is in regard to XXXX tickets for a rebooked flight on XXXX XXXX. Instead of the rebooking fee and fare difference, I was charged the full amount of both the initial flights AND the full amount of the new flights even though I only took the second flight and even though what I agreed to was a " rebooking ''. Here is what I was charged on XX/XX/XXXX : {$220.00} XXXX XXXX cost of the original flight from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX : {$66.00} x XXXX rebooking fee {$310.00} x XXXX cost of the new flight from XXXX to XXXX I took the flight from XXXX to XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX position always has been that that {$310.00} is the difference ON TOP the old flight of {$220.00}, which would make the new flight {$530.00} per person for their basic math to make any sense. In reality, the new flight was only approximately {$83.00} more than the old flight. There was never a flight that was {$530.00} for me to even agree to on that day between those cities. Every invoice and receipt they have sent me says the new flight was {$310.00} ( or {$83.00} more than {$220.00} ) and NOTHING they have given me has had this {$530.00} number on it which is the only way their math would make sense. I have contacted XXXX XXXX over XXXX times. I have also emailed and sent paper copies of my issue to Citi. XXXX XXXX responded to the Citi about the rebooking fee, which was not even the charge under dispute. XXXX XXXX has never responded about the actual charge. I contacted Citi again after Citi closed the dispute. Citi says the terms and conditions allowed the merchant to charge whatever they want as long as I said I agreed to it. I did not agree to it, but XXXX XXXX claims I did. Citi accepted the merchant 's rebuttal and sent me a letter saying " We have determined that the services for which you contracted were provided ''. They are not letting me continue this process any further. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Consumer Complaint: This is for CITI Bank email address : XXXX This bank has a lot of problem that I shouldve checked first before opening an account with them. They blocked my account not even a day of having it activated. I have both checking and savings account with them. When I went to try to log in to my account it was saying Blocked and I need to call the number that was provided. I caller that number right away. And the first person had asked me for my number to verify if its me by sending a txt msg code to tell them what it is. I provided the code and she was asking me if the transaction that was denied was made by me. And I said yes which is attempting to add my card on XXXX XXXX. Which they denied at first then I tried adding it again to my XXXX XXXX and it worked the 2nd time. Then she said theres other transactions that needed to be checked and shes going to transfer me to that department. And the call was transferred the 2nd lady did the same thing asked for my number to get a code from me to mak sure theyre speaking to me the owner of that account. And I did provided her the code. Then she went XXXX and telling me that there will be a 48hrs hold to check my account. But thats all she said. Here I was thinking she was just going to ask me if the transactions that was blocking my account is made by me. But no all she said was there will be a 48hs hold!!!!!! I need my XXXX money in there I have an appy with a high risk XXXX XXXX my XXXX to pay my copay and they XXXX holding my money!!!! I only had the account activated for not even a day and XXXX XXXXXXXX already blocked my card/account. I cant even use it. There was no XXXX explanation on their ends!!!!!

Consumer Complaint: I have been a Citibank client for 11 years and I had 2 Citibank credit cards, at some point I added an additional external bank where I had some funds to pay off my credit card. I mostly use Citibank app to manage my account and from the app is impossible to remove a bank while its pretty easy to add one. Well, I accidentally used the wrong bank to pay the credit cards 2 or three times cause the wrong bank would be randomly selected by the app as a payment option. Every time I ratified the payment by paying from my Citibank account where I had the funds.to be clear I never owed credit card debt with Citibank in at lead 6/7 years. The payment request from a bank without funds is treated as an uncovered check, implying a XXXX $ penalty, so you are already been punished for the innocent mistake. Because of these incident Citibank decided to close my credit cards even though my record in impeccable besides this silly fact, after numerous calls and explanations my appeal was denied. Now, I dont mind about the closure of my credit cards, I have great credit and several others but I do mind about years of credit card points worth XXXX if not XXXX of dollars that have been unilaterally stolen by the bank. Id like to do everything it takes to bring justice to a clear malpractice. I hope I can receive assistance on this. Thank you. Best, XXXX XXXX
