Consumer Complaint: I missed 1 payment and am going to pay it. It will be a week late. I know, ultimately my fault, but havent been late on a payment in a long time. It is only a {$25.00} missed payment. The company is comenity bank for my XXXX visa credit card. They have been calling non-stop, all day long. Today is Sunday XX/XX/XXXX and I have received 3 phone calls already, starting at XXXX, again at XXXX and another at XXXX XXXX This is when I am writing this complaint, so will update and keep record if more come throughout the day. This is ridiculous. I am only {$25.00} missed payment late, due to current situation and circumstances. They act like I am months behind the number of time they call. 3 times within basically a 90 minute time period. The number they call from is XXXX XXXX ) which says XXXX XXXX. This is borderline harassment. I understand they want their money but come on, for a {$25.00} missed payment, this is ridiculous.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I called in a payment of {$600.00} and gave my debit card information for my comenity credit card, the rep stated the payment went through I explained to the representative I keep my card locked for security reason and asked if the payment would be processed right then and there and the representative stated yes. However the put the payment through the next day when my debit card was disable. So I called back on the XXXX on site realized the payment wasnt processed and make a other payment on XX/XX/XXXX and the same thing happened again where the payment was processed on the XXXX from my debit card and the waited till the XXXX to put the payment through on their end while my card was disabled. On the XXXX after realizing they did not take the money off my debit card I went online and signed in to my XXXX credit card and had them debit my XXXXXXXX XXXX checking account where the payment was satisfactory. On XX/XX/XXXX Comenity. A man closed my a. Oh thank stating I was a high risk. I have never been late with a credit card payment with XXXX since having this account close to two years.

Consumer Complaint: I've been in contacting Comenity/XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX about a dispute with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for a hotel. I checked in on XX/XX/XXXX and checked out on XX/XX/XXXX due to an infestation. I had XXXX days left on my vacation but I ended up booking an XXXX for the remainder of my time. Every time I contact Comenity/XXXX they close my dispute ( XXXX ) claiming I don't have enough information. I've typed out what exactly happened with dates, sent in pictures from XXXX saying that I would be reimbursed for the remainder of my stay and that the property XXXX agreed to that, and of course, after I check out it's a different story. The burden of proof is on Comenity/XXXX 's customers. Even when you send in proof they still force you to provide more documentation. At a certain point I assumed they would ask me for video footage of me checking out of the hotel! They claim you can dispute via message feature on their site however every time you send a message they force you to send more information that you already sent and tell you to print it out and send it via snail mail. I'm out almost {$700.00} because they refuse to actually look into the situation. I was told their job isn't to dispute inaccurate charges but to dispute fraud and that I need to work it out with XXXX even though they XXXX through their teeth and they allowed the hotel to keep funds that didn't belong to them.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX/alliance Data, continues to wrongfully report the loan to be a charge off, initially it was reporting as a charge off with an unpaid balance, I contacted them with the XXXX and mentioned to them that this is not a charge and there is no balance due on this loan account, to which they went ahead and updated the loan as paid but still left it with a remark as a charge off to which is infringe on my credit report negatively when this loans was fully paid satisfactory and should be reported. As such or and fully and dully remove. This wrongful reporting is severely affecting my ability to obtain a house mortgage.
