Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2020- XX/XX/2020XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX both companies run by Comenity Bank reported late payments on all three reporting agencies. I was on a payment plan during that time because I was laid off work because of XXXX. I made my payments and they still reported late. I have sent several letters to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX sending my canceled checks and letters from XXXX and XXXX that I was on a payment plan and they are refusing to delete that wrong information. In the dispute section I can see the result of their investigation but the item remain the same even though I have proof of the mistake. The other one is XXXX XXXX that account was designated to my ex-husband by a judge for him to pay ( i have documented proof of judgement ) I paid the account and they XXXX keeps reporting it as not paid. XXXX, XXXX, and experian wont delete or change the information and I have a letter from XXXX XXXX stating that I paid in full.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a {$16.00} dollar item on my XXXX Credit card just because I had not used the card in a while. Comenity Bank handles the XXXX card. They did not send me an invoice, ever. But did charge {$35.00} late fees and report to the credit bureaus. I contacted XXXX. They understood the error. Later XXXX even sent me a letter of apology which I still have. Comenity, the thief in this event, has never cleared the bad credit mark they reported and may not have refunded all the false charges they hit me with. I've been busy enough it's hard to keep wasting time that should not need to be wasted. Comenity appears to be ruining company 's reputations by charging that company 's customers huge late fees which they earn by NOT sending invoices. I have bought thousands of XXXX products in the last ten years alone. But never again.

The place where I moved to do not have a close XXXX. I never had or used the XXXX card, According to XXXX all my correspondence was return back to them. They have the return mail documented in their system. I found out that I have late fees on my credit files because they charged me for automatic membership which I did not agree to when I open the account. I tried to get XXXX to remove the renewal fees from my account but they said they cant unless I have the card number which I NEVER GOT so as a result they will not remove the fee until I can give them an account number. The representative was from a foreign country and not understanding of what I told them about the card.

Consumer Complaint: Getting repeated calls for like 3 months now looking for someone I don't even know. I've told these people this many times over that I don't know who they're calling for and to not call my number again. The calls keep coming non stop I can tell they're robocalls also because of a long pause when I answer the telephone and a person with a robotic foreign sounding voice. Also I get no caller ID calls all days and night with people looking for this person I don't know that owes a debt. Last month alone i had XXXX calls from No Caller ID looking for so and so that owes a debt I say stop calling me & 30 minutes later someone else is calling.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased online from the company on XX/XX/2021. I was given a code to use for a 30 % discount if I signed up for a new credit card with New York & Company. I used the code online but it did not show up when the transaction went through. I then called the same day of the order and was given a refund/credit of {$95.00}. When the statement came the amount of the full charge without the credit was showing. I called in numerous times for months and was told numerous times it would be fixed. As of today it has not and now I have late fees and a late payment on my credit report which I was told would not happen as an investigation was taking place. I have ZERO late payments and this has affected my credit tremendously. I was lied to every single call and feel like I was being scammed into paying money that I did not owe. This has caused extreme stress.

Consumer Complaint: Hello ComenityXXXX XXXX XXXX ; My name is XXXX XXXX and I'm really upset right now because I was reviewing my credit report and noticed that you marked me late in XX/XX/XXXX for 30 days. I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me, or the payment was not applied as fast as expected. I check my bank account and noticed that you deducted the money {$110.00} out of my checking account that on the month that you marked me late on my credit report. Also, i was also under impression that i was protected under CARES ACT due to the fact i was impacted by covid19. The CARES Act, which President Trump signed into law on XX/XX/XXXX, Act amends the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) to stop adverse credit reporting during the COVID-19 crisis.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX I reached out to XXXX for warranty support on my hot tub. After troubleshooting, they determined it would need to be repaired, but they could not send a person to fix it because of the pandemic. They said they would send a replacement, an proceeded with the order and transferring my extended warranty. After the original delivery date passed, I checked online and noticed it was postponed. This happened every three months and I called in XXXX to find out what their plan was if it wasnt going to be replaced. They said I would be notified it there was any change to the next shipment date. When it passed, I logged in to contact them again to see what their plan was and noticed the shipment was cancelled. This was XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately called them and they stated that a refund was issued to Comenity bank on the card I used, and that another refund was in process. {$3400.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, the stated, was refunded to my card. {$140.00} was processing to be refunded. They transferred me to Comenity bank to find out the status. They said they did not receive a refund, but it would be processed by XX/XX/XXXX because it takes 30 days. The representative assured me this would happen. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX reached out and said they were working on resolving this. I repeatedly asked for a transaction number or something that proved a refund was given, and they would not provide it. I kept getting told that was the finance department, but was not able to talk to them or email them. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and the refund is still not showing, I have not received the overage, because my account is {$2000.00}. This would mean I should receive {$1500.00} after the card is paid off. They refuse to assist or contact each other to find this refund and provide my money back.
