Consumer Complaint: Comenitybank/Victoria Account XXXX XXXX is reporting as an delinquent account across all three of my credit bureaus which is inaccurately reporting as all my payments for this account has been on time and there were never any late payments. As a result, of this I closed the account because of the inaccurate information they were reporting to the credit bureaus and these false representations of a delinquent account severely hurt my credit score. I am in the process of going for an mortgage loan in which this issue from the past is continuing to haunt me which is inaccurate and I need this fixed. See attached documentation.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I received a letter from Comenity Bank regarding my Arhaus Credit card stating they lowered my credit limit from XXXX to XXXX. The explanation they provided me with is they reviewed my credit through XXXX and due to my score being significantly lower which on their letter stated my credit score is currently XXXX which is incorrect! I called the company to try and resolve this issue and got no where. Was told to contact XXXX which I did and got a copy of my recent credit report. I just received my report that states my credit score is XXXX and I have no late pays or over the limit issues with Arhaus and No Late pays on any of my other cards! I am also aware lower someones credit limit can also hurt their credit significantly! I have never had a credit card company Lower my limit ever and Im appalled Arhaus did this to me which Is totally unfair and based off incorrect information!! I want my limit raised back to the original amount! If not, I plan to get legal representation but want to try and resolve this before taking it to that level.

Consumer Complaint: My credit card balance for XXXX wras {$480.00}. Due to a typo I only paid on {$460.00}, A finance charge on the {$20.00} short pay was charged for {$2.00}. After calling the company that charge was forgiven. On the next statement for XXXX I paid the balance due of {$370.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Yet on XXXX first they charged another finance charge of {$2.00}. They called it a residual charge going going back to the XXXX statement. I don't think this justified and out rages. Except for the one error we have never not paid our monthly balance on time.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX, I paid the remaining {$270.00} balance on my Victoria 's Secret card leaving me with a {$0.00} balance. The following month, XXXX, I received a bill for an interest charge on a {$0.00} balance. I reported the charge on XX/XX/XXXX and never heard back. The company continued to charge me late fees and report to XXXX docking my score XXXX points each time. This has totaled to roughly XXXX points. I sent a dispute through XXXX again which was in favor of Victoria 's Secret. I then called the company ( VS ) on XX/XX/XXXX to ask about the charges. They instantly removed all charges however that does not correct my score nor have they removed the charges. My score was damaged due to false and fraudulent charges on a {$0.00} and falsely reported as " accurate '' when I filed my dispute with XXXX both times. The company ( VS ) told me they would send a letter to XXXX stating they were incorrect and to correct my score due to their false charges. I have yet to see any of that and I still see a late payment on my score. I have had this card for over 10 years and have never had this happen when paying the card off. This is unacceptable! Falsely adding charges to someone's credit card then lying to a credit report company is fraud and false reporting of one 's credit.

Consumer Complaint: I am THE CREDITOR and given the right by god himself 15 usc 1635 i have the right of rescission of any and all contracts, anything undisclosed within the contract violates the contract, without proper understanding and full disclosure and a meeting of the minds. REMEDY REQUESTED : In short I am requesting that this account be deleted due to the fact that I rescinded my signature from any and all contracts with your company and 15 USC6802 gives me the right to opt out of any reporting. Anything after the acceptance of this letter is going to be considered 15USC 1602 ( p ) unauthorized use and i will be charging {$300.00} a day for the use of my private intellectual property ( My NAME and SS # ). If no remedy is provided then you accept the consideration i gave you to pay me {$300.00} a day and you stand in agreement that I will pursue action in small claims court for remaining balance. Time is of the essence : you have 30 days to remove and or pay damages for defamation, malicious negligence and these are going to be considered your agreement to pay me liquidated damages.
