I am unable to pay my bill because I can not access my account at all. I reached out to them on XXXX and they responded with a generic apology message for the inconvenience. It provided no information about when my account may be accessible and if I will be penalized for my payment being late as a result of their system being down.

Consumer Complaint: This involves Comenity Bank apart of XXXX XXXX. So I have XXXX credit cards by them for different stores and general use cards. I have a XXXX XXXX card ( they told consumers last minute they were discontinuing the card service on XX/XX/XXXX - so I wanted to make my final balance payment before they closed all XXXX consumer cards ) which is due on XX/XX/XXXX, then a XXXX XXXX card due XX/XX/2022 and a Comenity Credit Card due XX/XX/2022. I like to pay them a little earlier so I logged on XXXX days ago to pay all three, since that is when I receive part of my biweekly paycheck, and im told their system is down. I tried again at all times during the day and no lucky to my payment ( Now I am in fear like others that I will be reported for being late when Comenity doesnt give you any options to pay it by phone, by mail or online - if they state they have system issues and are closed ). Today, they taste their system is still undergoing an update, some noticed this has been going on for weeks now, people got reported late by credit bureau, I am fearful that will happen to me too, as I am trying to payment my bills on time, and I would have been on time had their site, or call centers been open. Alas, they are not. You try to log in, they have errors, everyone 's card is " XXXX '' or they cant pay their bill or cant use it in stores. You try to call in your payment, their call centers are closed and they dont know when theyll return messages and calls. It smell of fraud or huge security breach.

The account was closed, however we were told we could still make electronic payments via the website. When I log onto the website, it states ' that my account is closed.
