Consumer Complaint: I have a XXXX XXXX and a Torrid card, both through Comenity. I had been trying to check my balance and pay my cards on the site for a week and keep getting errors or reports of glitches and unable to login for both card sites. I complained on twitter and they advised to call the number on the card to pay, but the automated numbers just hang up on you and tell you to call back later. This has also been going on over multiple days.

Consumer Complaint: Comenity Bank for my Ulta MasterCard. I've been unable to login for the last week ( end of XX/XX/2022 through today XX/XX/XXXX ) or use EasyPay or get through by phone to make a payment. The company has communicated poorly regarding their attempts to solve the problem, and I'm concerned my inability to access their site to make my payment will negatively and erroneously affect my credit, which may be cumbersome and burdensome for me to correct when the mistake is theirs. Upon regaining access, I will be paying the account off in full and closing it permanently.

Consumer Complaint: My monthly payment for my XXXX XXXX XXXX was due on XX/XX/2022. I tried logging on to my Comenity account via the XXXX app. There was no option to sign in and make a payment. I tried accessing their " Easy Pay '' feature, but all I got was a blank screen after loading. I contacted XXXX via XXXX to find out what was going on. They suggested I call the number on the back of my card. I have tried calling four times. Each time, there would be a ring then dead air, followed by an automated message saying my call couldn't be completed due to technical difficulties. There is literally NO way to make a payment. And Comenity is responding to complaints with a blanket statement, and saying that they have no idea when their online system will be running again.
