Consumer Complaint: They double-charged my payment this weekend, causing my checking account to nearly overdraft. I had to borrow money to cover it, because they also are not answering emails or the phones. Yesterday the phone line wasn't even working. Today I thought I was finaly going to get through and then I go through all the trouble and waiting for a rep. At the end there's a recording saying to call back later. That's not okay, it doesn't seem legal. And I'm really upset with Comenity. I wish they never took over the XXXX XXXX EXtra Points card- i have had numerous issues with them including them shutting my old XXXX card off without any notice. I've even tried calling the hearing impaired line because this was an emergency - their website was not working this weekend and it wasn't showing a scheduled payment. So I made another - and then you charged it twice. I need the second payment of {$63.00} refunded now, but I can't get ahold of them to do so. The real issue is that it's been two business days that I can not talk to ANYONE to receive help, this doesn't seem legal. This is a credit card, not a cable bill - this is something urgent. Consumer Complaint: Account was opened on XX/XX/22 with Comenity BJ 's My Perks MasterCard. Since that date various charges have been made, but XXXXomenity BJ 's My Perks MasterCard continues to post no rewards. The terms of the XXXX XXXX offer 3 % on most BJ 's purchases, excluding alcohol, tobacco, lottery, gift cards, cell services, and optical purchases. 2 % on dining out and non-BJ 's gasoline, and 1 % on all other MasterCard accepted charges. Despite these conditions being part of the credit card agreement, no rewards are being credited to the account for purchases made to date, and the online services list incorrect reward percentages. Please review the attached documentation. According to calculations on the Rewards Activity sheet, Comenity BJ 's My Perks MasterCard owes {$14.00} in Rewards. Furthermore, pursuant to the Summary sheet they do not even credit the same awards that they issue on the activity sheet. The Summary Sheet should accumulate {$32.00} in awards available, and {$0.00} redeemed. Comenity BJ 's My Perks MasterCard does not respond to direct secure messages or phone calls to their customer service center. ..

Consumer Complaint: I opened a MasterCard with Comenity Bank BJ 's My Perks on XX/XX/22. Shortly after opening the account, and the entire Comenity Bank BJ 's My Perks online and phone customer services became unavailable. This lasted from XX/XX/22 through XX/XX/22. This brand new account obviously had no prior balance, as it was only opened on XX/XX/22. Despite this, Comenity Bank BJ 's My Perks issued my first statement on XX/XX/22 and charged me finance charges. These charges violate their own terms and conditions, as there is no prior balance subject to finance charges. Pleae review attachment and view page 3. Comenity does not answer online secure messages or answer the customer services #.

COMENITY BANK Accounts # XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, which was received by XXXX XXXX offices by Certified Mail # XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX requesting the following : 1. Agreement with your client that grants you the agent authority to collect on this alleged debt. 2. Agreement that bears the signature of the alleged debtor wherein he/she agreed to pay COMENITY BANK , and or an agreement showing I agree to pay a creditor and or their agent. 3. A copy of your oath of office confirming you are not violating 15 USC 1692 ( e ) 3 and establishing your legal standing to collect anything from me. 4. Any insurance claims been made by any creditor regarding this account. 5. Any judgments obtained by any creditor regarding this account that gives you the right to collect anything from me. 6. Name and address of alleged original creditor. 7. Name on file of alleged debtor. 8. Alleged account number. 9. Address on file for alleged debtor. 10. Amount of alleged debt and what it is for. 11. Consumer Complaint: From XX/XX/21 contacted the furnisher and XXXX via telephone, email and certifiedd letter. Multiple attempts have been made regarding the correction, verification of information for XXXX XXXX, First issue, payment history disputed, trans union kept telling me that the information is correct and that Comenity, the furnisher verified as accurate. In an effort to get the correct information regarding the charge off amount, payment history 1st delinquent date and charge off dates, I contacted the furnisher directly via telephone, via cert mail and via CFPB complained already closed but attachments included will show the company response. I went ahed and responded to the furnisher directly because you closed out the previous complained as resolved. XXXX deleted the information disputed instead of conducting a full re-investigation, attachment below of the results. Yesterday, I called XXXX directly and asked them why do you keep reporting X in the payment history and the rep replied because the furnisher does not and we have to report X because the furnisher has no knowledge. I am filing this complaint seeking the enforcement of complete, accurate and verifiable information reported in my consumer report. The lack of cooperation from the furnisher only shows violation of policy, adjusting the delinquency and re-aging the status of the account. Furthermore, the balance due at the time of the first delinquency was around {$110.00} but we have a charge off amount of {$640.00} Furnisher is reporting false payment history and attempting to re-age account with the intent to continue to add unnow fees beyond the time allowed by law, the fees are in excess for example if a payment due is {$8.00} and consumer fails to make the payment, the late fee is 2-3x higher per violation vs the min payment due. XXXX does not want to loose the business or the account and is not enforcing the furnisher agreement instead they are just omitting, deleting and not abiding by the laws of FCRA.

Consumer Complaint: Since the end if XX/XX/2022 I been trying to make corrections on my report regarding trade line if Comenity XXXX XXXX with XXXX, nothing has been fix and instead of conducting a " proper investigation '', they continued to on it, delete and.or do nothing regarding the information disputes. As of this date, I can not have a complete, accurate and verifiable trade line. I tried disputing on line, over the shine and last via cert mail. In addition, I have tried to obtain and dispute directly with Comenity, furnisher with no answer. It is a mystery and/or Comenity is not releasing the records of payments, charges and I am stuck with a trade line full of errors and incomplete because XXXX is not able to verify the information which was previously reported, once disputed, XXXX claimed that they contact the furnisher and it is accurate OR the information disputed is UNKNOWN. I am demanding accuracy completeness errors free in my consumer report. Please review the attachments, I made notes including dates, comments and circled the disputed information.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a credit line with carters ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from Comenity Capital Bank ) Ive tried calling them 50 times to make a payment and their phone service is down, it keeps telling me that they are close due to out of control reasons to try to call at another time, Ive tried creating an account to make a payment and it asks me for my credit card number that Ive never received, Ive tried sending a message to their center and it asks me to sign in and in order to sign in I need to have my credit card number which Ive never received, my payment was due XX/XX/XXXX and its late showing in my credit report now, I need this account erased from my credit report and I need XXXX company to solve this ASAP
