Consumer Complaint: I received an email from XXXX on XX/XX/23 saying a hard inquiry was done on my credit report for an XXXX credit card from Comenity Capital Bank. I called experian and was told I had to contact Comenity. Comenity confirmed someone by a name of XXXX successfully open an account but hadnt made an charges. It was tagged as fraud and closed. XXXX removed the inquiry from my report and I was given a XXXX yr fraud alert protection. Today on XX/XX/23 I received another letter from Comenity saying I tried opening a credit card for XXXX but it was denied, and to contact XXXX. XXXX told me I had to call Comenity. Comenity confirmed the attempt and told me it was denied. I was informed whoever tried opening the account has my birth date, name, home address and social security number. She tagged it as fraud and supposedly is alerting the credit bureau for removal. I made a police report as well and also changed my bank card. I have now as of today frozen my credit with all XXXX credit bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: I declare under penalty of perjury ( under the laws of the united states, if executed outside of the united states ) that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Further, I certify that I am permitted by FEDERAL and STATE LAW to file this dispute. I also understand that knowing and willful misstatements or omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDERAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 USC 1001. Additionally, these misstatements are punishable as perjury under 18 usc 1621. This collection found within my credit report are not related to any transaction that I made. I am alleging that a person or company -without my authorization- used my personal identifying information to apply for goods, services or money and was successful in creating some accounts. All is being investigated by the FTC I demand you to remove the account from all 3 of my credit reports asap or I will file litigation against your company for furnishing a false account on my credit report. I constantly check my credit report, I noticed that the errors and misleading information for individual accounts didnt quite meet the credit reporting standards of being 100 percent correct. This has damaged and held me back for some time. Im demanding CFPB to enforce the correction and or deletion of these items I demand every item on this letter be reinvestigated for the completeness and accuracy and deleted as it dont meet the standards that are required under the us code. PLEASE BLOCK ALL THE ACCOUNTS LISTED ON THIS REPORT, THESE ACCOUNTS ARE NOT MINE. THE IDENTIFICATION PROVIDED IS NOT ENOUGH PROOF THAT ANY OF THESE ACCOUNTS ARE MINE. THEY ARE A RESULT OF IDENTITY THEFT. I DEMAND THAT YOU REMOVE AND BLOCK ALL THE ACCOUNTS IMMEDIATELY. IVE BEEN A VICTIM OF REAL NAME ID FRAUD. Consumer Complaint: Victoria Secret is reporting an inaccurate charge off account on my reports with multiple inaccuracies. This account was previously deleted from my reports by XXXX back in XXXX XXXX XXXX but has been recently inserted back onto my reports. Per the consumer laws, I am supposed to receive a letter in the mail with a five day notice of any accounts that will be reinserted onto my reports and I never received anything from them, XXXX nor Victoria Secret. I have contacted Victoria Secret directly along with each bureau requesting documents and how did they verify this account and have never received any sufficient proof or documents to me as requested. Not only have I not received any documents but each credit bureau is reporting very drastically different information. XXXX is reporting an open date of XX/XX/XXXX, a high credit if {$500.00}, a last report date of XX/XX/XXXX, a last active date of XX/XX/XXXX and a last payment date of XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX is reporting an open date of XX/XX/XXXX, a high credit of {$0.00}, a last report date of XX/XX/XXXX, a last active date of XX/XX/XXXX and a last payment date of XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX is reporting an open date o XX/XX/XXXX, a high credit of {$350.00}, a last report date of XX/XX/XXXX, a last active date of XX/XX/XXXX and a last payment date of XX/XX/XXXX. If all of the credit bureaus are getting their information from the same place, how is it that they are all reporting very different information. Given the facts of this matter the credit bureaus as well as Victoria Secret is clearly in violation of the consumer laws and should delete this account from my reports immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I want to pay my bills, but just can't pay now. I'm planning on making sure they get paid, have notified all my creditors involved and asked that they note that XXXX XXXX XXXX is helping me with these negotiations. I have sent emails to customer service documenting this as well as stated it to representatives when called. Also, I sent written and email notification that the creditors are not authorized to contact me at my place of business since I am not allowed to accept personal calls, and this could jeopardize my job. Comenity Capital Bank is the lender for several of my credit cards- XXXX and XXXX. I have a cell phone which this creditors calls numerous times a day. On XX/XX/2023, at XXXX AM, I notified this Comenity of the payment situation and that it was not authorized to contact me at my place of business. On XX/XX/2023, at approximately XXXXXXXX XXXX Comenity Capital Bank 's representative - XXXX - called me at work. I told XXXX that they were not authorized to contact me at work and sent another email documenting the call and again notifying them that they were not to contact me at work and that another violation of this request would result in a complaint. This notification was given verbally and in the email. This morning, XX/XX/2023, at approximately XXXX, a gentleman called my work number, asked for me, and said he was with Comenity Capital Bank. I told him, again, he was not authorized to call my place of business, the company had been notified on numerous occasions, and I was filing a complaint. I documented this with another email as well. This is a flagrant violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Consumer Complaint: There is a charged off account on my credit report with XXXX XXXX This account was originally reporting to all three credit bureaus but XXXX has deleted this inaccurate account from my credit report. Each credit bureau is reporting inconsistently and many different inaccuracies on my report such as the open date and last active date. XXXX is reporting the open date of XX/XX/XXXX and the last active date of XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX is reporting an open date of XX/XX/XXXX and the last active date of XX/XX/XXXX. I have informed both bureaus of the inaccuracies on my report and XXXX and XXXX refuses to delete this account from my reports and has not provided any valid proof or evidence as to how they are validating this account. If all three bureaus get their information from the same place, how is it that XXXX found that this account was inaccurate and deleted it but XXXX and XXXX hasn't? Furthermore, I have also reached out to XXXX XXXX directly to try and resolve this matter and they have not sent over any documentation or have tried to contact me in any way. It is illegal to report inaccurate information on a consumers report and not only XXXX XXXX but the credit bureaus are in violation of the consumer laws and should delete this account from my reports.
