Consumer Complaint: I bought a shirt at Torrid for XXXX dollars and I was 2 days late on the payment which I paid at the store. I was assessed a late payment fee which I attempted to pay over the phone twice. For some reason my 2 payments did not go through so I went into the store to pay the late fee. My present balance is all late fees and minimum payment fees related to the late fee. I do not believe I owe anything. Also my debit card was hacked at the same time. Comenity bank would not work with me they just sent my XXXX balance to a collection company and reported it on my credit report. It was their fault because they did not process the payments correctly and possibly their employee stole my debit card number.

Consumer Complaint: I have always paid my XXXX XXXX from Commenity Bank bill in full since opening this account. Starting in XX/XX/XXXX, Commenity Bank XXXX card website and apps were down down on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX each time I tried logging in to make my on time payment. Their website worked late in the day on XX/XX/XXXX after my payment was considered late. This resulted in them charging me interest on my account on starting on XX/XX/XXXX for {$4.00} and a {$30.00} late fee. For the XX/XX/XXXX bill, I paid my bill in full on XXXX, with exception of the interest charge and late fee, and they continued to charge me interest on the late fee and interest from the previous month because their website was down when I went to make my payment on time in XXXX. I have included a photo of one of the error messages I kept getting on XX/XX/XXXX. They were also occurring on XX/XX/XXXX, but I didn't think it would be an ongoing issue. They have now charged me late fees and interest each month since XXXX on what is JUST their unjust late fee. This apparently has not only happened to me, but has happened to other people as well. My current account balance is now {$110.00} which is all late fees and their bogus interest charges since they would not let me login to pay my bill on time in XXXX. I am asking that ALL interest and late charges be removed from my account immediately and all negative reporting to the credit bureaus be removed.

Consumer Complaint: In month of XX/XX/2023, I found out on XX/XX/2023 fraudulent account with Ikea was open in my name. I reached out to Ikea to notify them I didn't open the account. Ikea told me they would investigate matter, while waiting for Ikea to notify me, I contacted all three credit bureaus including Police Department about the fraudulent matter. I was given case number along with Police report in reference to fraud account that was open in my name. When Ikea contacted me, I told them I reported fraud to my local police department. I also, gave them case number but Ikea refuse to remove this erroneous fraud information from my credit report. Today someone from Ikea called asking me, what am I going to do about account. I didn't open Ikea account simple! Ikea now wants me to go back to police department for IP address, which they supposed have done investigation including IP address, was account open in store or online, video surveillance, if they made any purchases online, if they did what address did merchandise go to. Ikea haven't done anything to resolve this fraudulent matter, no more than calling my phone for payment and telling me that I open account. To be honest I never heard of Ikea until this fraudulent account appeared. Please help me get this resolved, ASAP. This fraud has affected my life, credit and money with negative impact on credit something that I did not open or give anyone to open on my behalf. Ikea is just not doing anything to resolve matter, just keep calling me for payment on merchandise on account, I didn't open!

Consumer Complaint: I paid the balance due of XXXX on my Ultamate Rewards XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/, which was 2 days before the due date. When I got my XX/XX/XXXX statement, there was an interest charge of {$86.00}. When I called to inquire about it, I was told it was " residual '' interest. This seems to be fraudulent lending practices. I have never had a credit card charge interest after the full balance has been paid. After a lot of discussion, they wouldn't budge, so I paid the interest.
