Consumer Complaint: I have submitted investigations with the credit bureau agency as well as the companies. There is to be a fraud alert on my account that if any account is to be open in my name I am to be called to confirm identity. My credit report was pulled and there are addresses, accounts, and loans in my name unauthorized by me. There accounts out of state that I don't or never resided in. I am asking that due to the FCRA section 604 this information be removed as I have not opened these accounts or given permissible purpose for these accounts to be on my credit.

Consumer Complaint: I had an XXXX store credit card that they recommended me to get and use in the store. When I got the card, I enabled auto pay which stopped working because of some bug at XXXX credit card end. Instead of notifying me, they kept charging me interest and then showed late payments on XXXX. A {$30.00} purchase led to drop of over XXXX on my XXXXredit score. As soon as that happened i paid off charges and closed my credit card. Since then i have been asking them to fix the wrong record on my XXXX report but they havent made any progress.

I had several health issues at the time did not know I could do anything about it. They sold my debt but not the correct amount. I have fought this with every debt collector in the 7 years and instead of correcting it they sell it and report it as new debt. I have contacted this company and tried to fix it they refuse and instead are doing the same.

Consumer Complaint: For the transection XX/XX/2023 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX WA {$8000.00}, I returned the merchandise on XX/XX/2023, but so far I have not received the refund. The merchant asked me to call my financial institution so I called the bread Cashback card to ask about details. The bread Cashback card customer service agent over the phone helped me open the dispute and asked me to upload the supporting document here. I uploaded the return receipt. The bank told me that before dispute close, I'm not responsible for the payment of this transection. The dispute would close no later than 90 days. On XXXX, the bank posted XXXX dollars interest charge on XX/XX/2023 for this transection. On XXXX, the bank 's auto-pay system just automatically pull this transaction amount ( {$8000.00} ) plus the interest ( XXXX ) from my saving 's account. I contacted them about the dispute and they replied to me on XX/XX/XXXX that they are still investigating this issue. It has been more than their promised investigation time and I still have not received the refund for this transaction.

Consumer Complaint: Comenity Bank keeps destroying my credit! They issue credit and lower your credit limit so it gives you lower credit ratings! They cancel your cards with no reason. I pay my accounts and had monthly payments automatically taken out with reoccurring automatically monthly. I had my credit score up and then they lowered my credit limit which caused me to look closer to my limit. This should be not allowed! This should be illegal! This company is destroying peoples credit!!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I was asked by a XXXX store clerk if I was interested to join a rewards program, I asked them what that meant and what I needed to do and they only told me to show my State ID and did not at all mention that this was a credit application. I was not informed about any applicable interest rate or fees, I was only informed that by scanning my state ID, I would get a 25 % discount on the purchase. I agreed to that and did not think further about the interaction. To my surprise, on XX/XX/2023, I received a store card in my name in the mail. Upon checking my credit history, I found that a hard inquiry was made to open this account. I called the issuer of the card and they agreed to close the account. They also agreed to request removal of the hard inquiry from my credit history. In retrospect, the store clerk deceived me into opening a credit account that I never consented to.

Consumer Complaint: I, the consumer, and natural person, was denied credit by Bread Pay Financial, when I applied for credit in the amount of {$3200.00} for furniture goods from XXXX. Instead, Bread Pay Financial approved me for {$1500.00} and encouraged the consumer to re-apply in 90 days, as I may qualify for a different loan amount at that time. According to the Equal Credit Opportunity Act which is codified in 15 U.S.C. 1691c and is pursuant to civil liability under 15 U.S.C. 169k. Bread Pay ( Comenity Capital Bank ) subject to criminally liability for violating 15 U.S.C 1691 as I have proof that I was discriminated against Bread Pay Financial due to the response I received. Bread Pay Financial is in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1642, U.S.C. 1681m, and 12 CFR 1002 because I, the consumer made an application in good faith, but credit was not issued for the demanded amount. Furthermore, because my social security ( credit card ) was used, and I received NO benefit. This is proof of fraudulent activity ( unauthorized use of credit card ) on behalf of Bread Pay Financial ( Comenity Capital Bank ). As a result, under 15 U.S.C. 1611 and 15 U.S.C. 1691e, Bread Pay Financial ( Comenity Capital Bank ). Are civilly liable for any damages suffered.

I get a bill in XXXX that states that XXXX/comenity owes me XXXX and i thought that was odd but did nothing then i get another bill in XXXX stating i owe XXXX so i called XXXX and they told me to call comenity bank and i did which told me they gave me back in my XXXX XXXX account XXXX so i looked at my XXXX XXXX account and see comenity has never put any money in my XXXX account. I call comenity again and they keep saying I owe them so i started a dispute with comenity bank which seems it's going nowhere I've called them many time in the last couple months and I've sent them copies of my bank statements .I 've even had my XXXX XXXX bank manager call them which he helped me start a dispute with them against comenity on XX/XX/XXXX that goes for 10 days .And now it's affecting my credit score and i'm very upset about that. please help me
