Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a round trip airline ticket through XXXX XXXX. I was charged the correct amount for the ticket itself, which was {$11.00}. I upgraded my ticket to extra legroom both ways. This incurred a correct charge of {$160.00} for the flight to XXXX and a correct charge of {$120.00} for the return trip to XXXX. These charges should have totaled {$300.00}. That same day, I was erroneously charged the {$160.00} and the {$120.00} an additional 16 times each, totaling {$4700.00} I contacted my CC company XXXX XXXX XXXX Barclays Bank ) and explained this to them. They told me I had to contact XXXX XXXX to have the charges refunded. I did this on XX/XX/XXXX and was refunded only {$2500.00}. I contacted them again on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. They stated they could see the charges and I would be refunded the rest. This has not happened and I am still owed {$2100.00}.

Its showing on all three credit reports as still derogatory. I attempted to fix it with them and they stated there were no issues. As I told them it was still on my credit report, they left me on the phone for 2 hrs and can not send me anything because I dont have the same address from XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: This is regarding Barclays XXXX credit card program. My case # is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I try to redeem part of my points saved for travel credit on XXXX XXXX at XXXX. I clicked the statement credit tab by mistake. Instead of going to the travel credit page, it leads me to a balance page with a " continue '' tab. I clicked and suddenly they redeemed my whole XXXX XXXX miles saved over the last 10 years. I called immediately to credit card customer service within XXXX minutes of this website navigation error. I was told that this can not be reversed. They claim it is policy guidelines and refused to correct it. I saved this over 10 years and lost it within XXXX minutes! Apparently statement credit ( which is redeemed like cash ) is XXXX the benefit of travel credits ( Statement credit is {$0.00} for each $ while travel credits is XXXX point for each $ ). If you have XXXX points, statement credit gives you {$50.00} against your current credit card balance whereas travel credits will give you {$100.00} against your travel ticket bought on the credit card. This is not even a merchant transaction on the credit card. Even if I purchase something by accident, most merchants will honor reversal within XXXX hours. This is only less than XXXX minutes when I ask for reversal. The credit card company is being totally unfair.

Towards the bottom of the letter it states " this is communication from a debt collector and is an attempt to collect debt '' and right above that it states that by renewing this debt they still start a lawsuit against me which means this is a debt that was reported off and they are attempting to reage this debt, or this debt was never under my name.
