Consumer Complaint: I have contacted this company on several occasions and finally settled to pay my balance in XXXX. There was 2 payments made of {$280.00} dollars on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I was told once the payment was received it would be reported to the credit bureau as settled and paid. Fast forward to today XX/XX/XXXX this account was reported as late. I contacted this company and I initially was told my account doesnt qualify for a settlement. So I advised that I had the letters and was provided a different answer then stating she found the letter in the system and she would need to send me to another department. I was transferred and advised that it would take 7-10 days to update my report. Not acceptable it should have never been reported late at all and it should have been documented that the account was settled.

Department of Education This loan was was supposed to be in deferrment and sold to other companies, they are reporting wrong negative late payments. I was never late. 6. XXXX funding Balance {$460.00} They claimed this account was collections for capital one. Again I never had any open account for capital one as they are claiming. I have several paid off accounts on my credit report. I pay my bills, I will not make mistake of not paying my bills.

Consumer Complaint: I have disputed a series of charges. The following are the amounts disputed along with their case ID numbers. {$1.00} XXXX {$4.00} XXXX {$51.00} XXXX I spoke to XXXX from XXXX who has an ID of XXXX. XXXX promised me on XX/XX/21 at XXXX XXXX CST by calling me from the number XXXX. He said that I would see a temporary credit within 3-4 business days. I also would not be expected to pay any interest on these charges while they were being disputed. He also stated that I didn't have to pay a payment on XX/XX/21 because my current statement balance only has these three temporary credits. I sent myself an email with these details immediately after the phone call in order to document this communication. Barclays failed to keep their promises to me. They failed to provide a temporary credit to me in the promised amount of time. They also failed to keep interest charges on the disputed amount from being added. I have enclosed a picture of my current balance, which shows that there was a {$0.00} interest charge added after my phone call. This was interest on the disputed amount. It was added despite the fact that I went above and beyond what was expected of me by paying my statement balance on time, even though it included the disputed amount and XXXX told me that I didn't have to pay it. I am attaching my recent card statement to demonstrate that I paid the statement balance. I spoke to a front line customer service representative on XX/XX/21 who refused to fix my issue.

Consumer Complaint: This issue is a problems with my Barclays Jetblue credit card. I made a XXXX XXXX purchase in XXXX. The purchase was cancelled and XXXX XXXX has confirmed a refund to my credit card of {$4200.00} however, the credit does not appear anywhere on my account. I have made multiple attempts to dispute the charge and I have been given multiple and conflicting answers as to why the credit does not appear on my account. The first dispute I made. I received a letter that Barclays ' own investigation verified the refund but no one could show me where it appeared on my statement. They pointed to other XXXX XXXX credits but I explained there were two charges that were refunded. One refund is reflected but the other was not. I filed a complaint with the XXXX and was contacted by the office of the president once. I spoke with XXXX XXXX and she acknowledged that she could clearly see that I only got refunded for one charge but not the other charge. She stated she would contact the dispute department and would help but since then, I have received multiple letters staring that the dispute was not found in my favor. I called the office of the president 3 times to speak with XXXX XXXX, the person I spoke to, and she has never returned my call.

Consumer Complaint: We have attempted to dispute a {$600.00} charge on a service that was not completed satisfactorily. We made several attempts to work out the problem with the vendor and returned the item several times to the shop to be repaired. With the item never working properly, we finally decided to dispute the charge with Barclay 's XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/2020 I mailed the dispute, along with supporting documentation, to the address listed on XXXX 's website for disputing charges. After several weeks of hearing nothing, I called XXXX 's and was told they never received the letter. I rechecked the mailing address with the agent and it was correct. At this point, on XX/XX/2020, I resent all the information via certified mail. The letter was received and signed for on XX/XX/2020 at XXXX XXXX. After not hearing from XXXX again after several weeks, I began calling. Once again I was advised the letter and documentation had not been received. Once again we double checked the mailing address with the agent and it was correct. I asked to be connected with a supervisor and was told that was not possible unless I had a dispute number in their system. I have made numerous calls and asked for a supervisor. Finally getting an agent to " look for one for me :. On the several times I called XXXX, I have literally waited hours on hold and no supervisor was ever " available ''. Over the course of an additional few weeks, I did receive 2 calls from XXXX that I was unable to take at the time of their calls. The call back number always connected me back through the main dispute call center. I was told since they attempted to contact me twice and I was not available, I would have to begin the process all over. In other words, if a customer is not available at any unspecified time to take a call, after XXXX 's second attempt, the customer basically begins all over again. This particular call back scenario happened exactly 3 times. I even received a letter from XXXX stating after numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact me XXXX not true ), they were denying my claim. We are now reaching out to you in hopes to get this resolved. We have made every attempt to resolve this, first with the vendor, next with the credit card company. It is unfathomable that a company like XXXX 's would have such poor customer service.
