Consumer Complaint: I was charged for a purchased of over {$500.00} by XXXX XXXX on XXXX and didn't receive anything from the company, I've tried contacting them and they won't respond to my request for a refund. I now believe this company XXXX is a scam company and I contacted my credit card company today ( XXXX ) and they will not help me either with the dispute. I think my credit card company barclays is involved with helping them steal from me. Barclays refuse do dispute this matter I've contacted them to resolve. I believe you should also investigate barclays, as they always help the merchants steal from the customers, this is not my first theft that barclays did to me. There should be strict laws against helping merchants steal from consumers and these companies license should be revoked for fraud.

Consumer Complaint: I recently flew on XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021. While on the flight, the flight attendants offered a credit card application. If you filled it out in flight. They offered XXXX bonus miles and XXXX extra for the in flight application. You then had to use the card in 90 days. And pay the {$89.00} application fee. I spent almost {$5000.00} and paid the {$89.00} fee. I was awarded only XXXX bonus miles from the card issuer. When I called they told me that the card only carries XXXX bonus miles. Every pc of the credit card brochure clearly states XXXX bonus miles. There is no mention of XXXX bonus miles anywhere in XXXX credit card application. I would not have applied under those limits. I feel this is a deceptive and unfair practice.

I complained to my credit card company which closed that credit card account & reissued a new card to me & they said the problem was resolved & I would be getting my refund immediately if not by the end of the billing cycle which was XX/XX/2022. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021, Barclays XXXX XXXX by correspondence to me informed me that my billing dispute with ALL IN TICKETS had been resolved in my favor. Furthermore, to quote : " You will see a credit of {$560.00} [ the disputed amount in question ] on your next billing statement. '' From XX/XX/2021 to current billing statement, I have received no credit despite bi-weekly phone and written requests. Barclays XXXX XXXX continues to handle my request for the promised credit as another dispute case to be investigated, then " escalated '' to Dispute Center Managers without resolution. I am shocked that Barclays appears to have reneged on its promise of full credit in the amount of {$560.00} after resolving my billing dispute, withholding those funds promised to me in XXXX, XXXX, without further explanation. Barclays XXXX XXXX personnel seem oblivious to the patent facts of this matter, ineffectual in performance of the simple act of compliance with its own decision, in effect having stolen the amount of {$560.00} which rightfully belongs to me, by their own determination!

Consumer Complaint: Barclays Bank is discriminating against me as a XXXX XXXX American female who has attempted to clear my debt and have my Credit Report updated appropriately, after they have received and cashed a Legal Closing Attorney 's Check which was submitted to them in XXXX and was endorsed and cashed by Barclays Bank on XX/XX/XXXX. They are now falsely claiming that they did not receive the check and causing my credit to be negatively impacting due to the systemic XXXX practices. Also, they Retaliated against me on this week by negatively impacting my score by XXXX points after opening up a dispute with XXXX. Also, when I called on Monday of this week XX/XX/XXXX, I informed the Barclays Customer Service Rep that I had planned to open another CFPB complaint, and in turn, I was retaliated against by Barclays who submitted another False Negative Update to my XXXX Credit Report, after they had already received the check and numerous communications had been made to Customer Service regarding the Settlement Account which had been paid for {$880.00}. Instead, they chose to Retaliate further against me as a XXXX XXXX American Female and U.S. Veteran after I raised concerns to Customer Service and CFPB in a prior complaint when they refused to provide me with the actual Settlement letter so I could close on our Home. This is nothing but blatant systemic racism and an economic suppression tactic exuded by Barclays Bank. My account has been paid and XXXX also verified the Settlement amount with Barclays, prior to it being paid as well, prior to our Refinance Closing scheduled with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. They have done nothing but make excuses and lie with no intention on expediting and resolving my issues and concerns. They received proof that the check was cashed and placed into their account, and it is nothing but a Discriminatory Stall tactic to negatively impact my Credit score and manipulate the Credit Reporting Scoring System with the intent to harm XXXX XXXX Americans with no remorse.
