Consumer Complaint: I have had the XXXX XXXX from Barclays for at least 5 years and I have enjoyed the services provided, including gaining XXXX status within XXXX. Each month, I check my statements on the website. I share the account with my mother, so the statement is the only way to see who spent what on each purchase. 3 months ago, the website stopped displaying my statements. I have called Barclays customer service innumerable times over the course of the past 3 months and they have still been unable to generate an electronic statement for me. After several rounds of reaching out to them via phone and via secure chat, they were able to mail me some paper statements. However, they are now telling me they are unable to do so - I have been told a manager will look into it. In addition, when I circle back with customer service over the phone, Barclays states they are unable to even see my electronic statements on their end. I hear something to the effect of " there is an IT issue ''. What concerns me is that the customer service department seems unable to contact the IT department to get an update on the matter and also can not provide said contact information for me to follow up. The bottom line is that I have gone three months without being able to normally review my statements and it seems Barclays is 'unable ' to assist. This whole situation is a bit strange as other members of my family also have the same credit card and are able to view their statements electronically without issue. It is dangerous to have a credit card and not be able to review the statements.

Consumer Complaint: The website for Barclays credit cards is incredibly confusing. There is no clear stated total transaction cost amount on the website. I have to personally calculate how much money will be owed on my upcoming bill, by adding up all the transactions myself. Currently I have several pending transactions and that is also not totalled anywhere. It is incredibly confusing and misleading to use this website to try and determine how much money I will owe on my credit card every money, prior to the actual bill.

I did call to have the card closed. However it still shows open on my credit report. Plus, they still have my personal information.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I spoke with Barclay credit card about our jet blue credit card and a bait and switch. When we signed up we used the link on the JetBlue site which stated a {$250.00} statement credit and XXXX bonus miles. After signing up and purchasing the over {$1000.00} requirement in the first 90 days, we found out that they had changed the bonus in the terms on conditions to XXXX bonus miles and no statement credit. We would not have signed up if that was the bonus we had followed from jet blue.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 a charge appeared on my statement in the amount of {$200.00} for XXXX. I disputed the charge because at the time the charge appeared on my statement, I had not ever heard of XXXX XXXX and had not ordered anything from them. I later learned that they sell wigs and other fake hair products. Products I do not and have never used. The charge was initially reversed by XXXX. In the days that followed I received emails from XXXX XXXX with my name and address and asking me to confirm the information was correct. In their email they did have the correct name ad address. They also asked me if I received a package from them and I told them I had not. I still have not. XXXX reversed the credit and now refuses to further investigate. I have been trying since XXXX to get this resolved

Consumer Complaint: Hi! Barclays is offering a credit card through JetBlue. The promotion appears while attempting to book a ticket on the website. The offer is for points and a credit towards the flight if approved. However, the credit is not towards the flight. It is for a theoretical purchase using the Barclays card within 90 days of receiving a mailed credit card, after the fact. There is no credit towards the flight one is trying to book in that moment. I wish I had taken a screenshot of the offer, but I didnt. It very clearly indicates using the price of the ticket one is trying to book that if you get a new JetBlue Barclays card you get to apply a credit and get points. I contacted JetBlue and they acted like nothing was wrong and I was missing the point.
