Consumer Complaint: I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX from Barclays. I applied to my bank XXXX XXXX XXXX for a loan to bring down my balance on my credit card. XXXX issued a check on XX/XX/2022 for {$7500.00} and sent it with my statement. I have a copy of the check and statement. I noticed that the XXXX check has nothing on the check that it was for my behalf. I have been writing to the XXXX XXXX XXXX about my concerns. She stated that the check was cleared on XX/XX/2022 at XXXX. Several calls by me to the credit card, and they tell me that they don't see the payment. On Barclay 's end I spoke to a representative and a case # is XXXX. I am very concerned because no one seems to care.

After speaking to a live person, whose name I still can't pronounce, nor spell, except it sound like a character from " XXXX '' from TV. Now last night a new charge of {$65.00} plus.

Barclays refused to issue the proper credit and it is still on the credit report after 7 years have passed. Now the incorrect dates are reported and this later date of XXXX is causing it to remain on the credit report. It should be deleted and should have already been credited anyway. Please help get this inaccurate information deleted from my credit reports. Thx in advance.

Consumer Complaint: The company Barclays had me on auto pay throughout my year and half with them. They had given me an annual fee and I was not aware nor did I receive a message knowing the fee was due and I did not get a chance to pay it on time. If I was aware of the amount posted I would have paid in full as I am in autopay again. The annual fee of {$99.00} is paid now and I hope to get statements on time prior to my payments.

Consumer Complaint: Hi, I closed my Barclays XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2022 with a XXXX balance after several incorrect billing cycles ( where fees were assessed that should not have been ). They removed all fees, got my account to a XXXX balance, and told me they closed the account. However, I continue to get emails saying my account is " very '' past due and I need to take action immediately to pay the $ XXXX I owe ( all fees that have accrued since closing the account ). I have called several times about this, and they keep telling me that it's closed with a XXXX balance and to " ignore '' the messages because there's some computer glitch that is keeping my messages in a " loop. '' However, I'm tired of the messages and just received a message that my credit score has dropped XXXX points because I have this " past due '' balance. I've spent XXXX hours on the phone/on hold with Barclays since this XXXX and no one can figure out what's happening. They keep telling me it's fixed, but it never is. Please help! I need my credit score to be back where it was!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX my credit card ( issued by Barclay Bank ) was fraudulently charged {$790.00} twice on the same day by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Totaling {$1500.00}. I called Barclay and the first time, they did nothing. I called again, and they said I never registered a complaint. This second time, I received a letter telling me that I was not responsible for the charges and that my account would be credited. It was. I closed my account and the bank issued me a credit but only for {$1200.00} not for XXXX. After closing my account, the bank sent me a check for {$1200.00}, not XXXX. I later received a statement for the period of XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX and they put the XXXX XXXX Charges back onto my closed account for {$1500.00} and send me a bill! It has been XXXX months since the fraud happened, they told me I was not responsible, took the charges off, I closed my account. They sent me a check for the balance but it should have been for the fraud amount. They did not refund me correctly to begin with and now they are charging me for the fraud. They have insurance and should be handling this.
