Consumer Complaint: I recently reviewed a copy of my credit report and I noticed the following hard inquiries. I never filled out an application for credit and upon doing my research I noticed that this is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This Act states that the only reason to pull an individual 's credit is for the following reasons : 1. A firm offer of credit 2. Insurance 3. Application for employment 4. A Court Order The following hard inquiries are not related to any of the following, I have never given these companies permission to use or have my personal information. If you refuse to remove these hard inquiries, I will move forward and ask for legal verification which would include ; the name and title of the person who pulled my credit, date they purport that I gave permission to have my credit pulled, the method they purport that I gave permission to run my credit. Please include documentation of said permission. If you can not provide me with this information, remove these incorrect hard inquiries from my credit file as soon as possible. I have attached my police report to this dispute.

I see that it is paid and closed but i did not authorize any one to use my name or credit to purchase a vehicle. I am trying to get this solved but i am getting no where. I am being told that it is accurate and verified due to having my signature and license but that can not be true. I have tried to work with your company since founding out about this loan to no success. I am a victim of identity theft and do have a police report and ftc report regarding this situation.

Consumer Complaint: I have enrolled in XXXX a nonprofit debt counseling program, to help me restructure my credit card debt, as I have fallen on hard times. I was trying to avoid XXXX XXXX bankruptcy. XXXX sends a monthly payment to this creditor, who accepts it, but keeps charging me late fees and over limit fees. They have also reported my account as delinquent with the XXXX reporting bureaus. XXXX has been trying to work with the creditor to remove the default from my credit reports, to reduce the interest rates, and to accept a lower monthly payment, so I can avoid filing for XXXX XXXX. Instead this creditor is trying to hold my hostage, but charging late fees/overlimit fees/sky high interest rates and strong arming be my reporting I am default/late payments/ when I enrolled in XXXX when there were no late payments or default on my account.

Consumer Complaint: Had an XXXX credit card which was recently bought out by ALLY, noticed the payments went from {$210.00} due a month XXXX for XXXX based on balance of {$5700.00} at XXXX XXXX with interest fee of {$1500.00}. THEN, in XXXX when ALLY sent a bill with {$310.00} due for month based on balance of {$8400.00} with interest fee of {$220.00} and balance on bill shows {$5700.00}? That is {$2600.00} over balance? When I called she said " it's was due to transfer but he would send to credit office to report back. First of all I never wanted an Ally credit card. Now I feel like they are doing something totally unethical. How do I transfer my balance to another credit card?
