Consumer Complaint: I had contacted ally financial at the end of XXXX about a voluntarily repossession. I was then told not to make payments on the vehicle by the financial institution and they stated I will be have a letter being mailed to me that needs to be signed and mailed back to them. I have copies of the paper work which had false information on it saying I was asking for a voluntarily repo due to not being able to pay for the vehicle which was wrong so I attached another letter stating why I asked for a voluntarily turn in. It's now almost the middle of XXXX and they have still yet to pick up the vehicle and stated not to pay which is hurting my credit even more than just the voluntarily turn in. When I call I don't get any answers and keep getting transfered from one person to another and they still refuse to come and get the vehicle. It's very frustrating that I have to deal with this when I am the one asking for it. Due to they are charging interest at a daily rate for the Vehicle at XXXX dollars a day for my auto loan. I will also be sending this request to my local attorney Generals office due to the deceptive auto loan practice of this financial company.

This dealer submitted a credit application to many auto loan companies for hard inquiry on XX/XX/2023 I contacted the dealer for the details on XXXX XXXX for XX/XX/XXXX inquiry and discovered that the thief used a counterfeit driver license with my name on XXXX XXXX. I filed the identity theft case with FTC ( XXXX ) for XXXX XXXX ( Dealer ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX I filed a police report with XXXX XXXX CA XXXX Police Department on XXXX XXXX and the police report was approved on XXXX, XXXX. Along with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, 5 more financial companies made hard inquiry on my credit report due to this fraudulent deal on XX/XX/2023 The hard inquiries submitted on XX/XX/ are all fraudulent which I do not recognize. I have been or am individually contacting all companies involved to report the identity theft issue and fraudulent inquiry but some of companies are not reachable.

Consumer Complaint: This is my 3rd complain with Ally Home Loans. Since originally complaining, they finally put me my legally-required deferment due to my military XXXX. However, since then they overcharged me for XXXX and XXXX payments. I have requested a refund 4 times via phone and have attempted to contact XXXX XXXX ( sp? ) who was the original case manager assigned by Ally. She has not responded to my XXXX voicemails left over the past XXXX weeks, and the representatives on the phone keep telling me the work order for the refund gets closed. This is still an ongoing issue and Ally provides very, very poor customer service. I am owed {$13000.00}. They still, STILL, as of today are telling me they do not owe me money and that I may owe them money in XXXX. PLEASE HELP ASAP.

Consumer Complaint: Ally Bank opened a fraudulent checking and savings account on XX/XX/XXXX. Ally Bank authorized these accounts without my consent. Ally Bank allowed an email address ( XXXX, XXXX ) to be used to open these accounts. Ally Bank did not message me nor provide any documentation letting me know of such. Ally Bank did not clear my fraud victim statements before opening these accounts either. Ally Bank sent a debit card to some other individual, after I didnt sign any application. I never received any documentation or cards for said accounts. Ally bank proceeded to allow charges and deposits to the accounts that do not match my employment past or present and do not match any merchants Ive ever visited. Ally Bank advised they closed these accounts for fraud on XX/XX/XXXX and then again Ally reopened the accounts and proceeded to charge over {$4700.00}. ally bank assumes I am responsible for fraudulent charges caused by an identity thief. Ally bank has not investigated this issue and instead stated they sent documentation to some person named XXXX XXXX not sure whom that is but it isnt me. Again, I have provided Ally Bank with an FTC identity theft affidavit. This affidavit is valid and Ally By law must investigate these accounts, or provide documentation proof I signed any documentation. I havent signed anything for this company and I do not owe the balance they fraudulently charged said accounts either. The account application was fraud and is fraud. Ally Bank needs to properly investigate.

Consumer Complaint: Only XX/XX/23 I agreed to a " catch up plan '' XXXX with ALLY AUTO to be made on the XXXX of each month starting XX/XX/23. On XX/XX/23 @ XXXX I made the agreed to payment of XXXX. ALLY AUTO cancelled my " catch up plan '' stating they tried to pull funds from my account and insufficient when I notified them I paid via debit card they then said because the payment was made after XXXX its considered the next day. No where in my catch up plan is it stated payment must be automatically drafted or that any payments made after XXXX are considered next day. When I asked customer service to speak to supervisor they declined and when I asked for my original " catch up plan '' to be upheld due to lack of transparency on their end ; they declined stating they could only mark me as applicable for future " catch up plans ''. This company needs to be federally investigated as they are scamming their customers! I am STRONGLY considering taking legal action into my own hands as I've had MANY issues with them of this is not resolved FAIRLY.
