Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received an offer of 1 % bonus for deposit upto {$50000.00} if I kept deposit for 3 months. ( refer to pages XXXX of XXXX and XXXX of XXXX in uploaded documents ). I deposited {$50000.00} on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. By XX/XX/XXXX my bonus was to be deposited in my account. Not having received any bonus until XX/XX/XXXX, I called up customer service and was told that we will review the matter and get back to you. After about XXXX month I inquired again and was told that matter is still being reviewed. I Was also told that there is no specific date by which the review will be finished. Since then, I inquired XXXX more times and each time was told that matter will be escalated to higher level. I was also told that there is no way I can talk to any higher decision making authority. By now it had been XXXX months beyond promised date and it began to smell more like scam so I decided to involve CFPB in the matter.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I purchased a vehicle and Ally Auto approved me for a loan for the amount of $ XXXX 15.99 % APR On XX/XX/2023 I made my first payment of {$870.00}. I waited a few days for the payment to process and I checked the outstanding balance. The outstanding balance is still {$41000.00}. So I called Ally Auto, and the lady I spoke with told me that the money went all towards finance charge. I asked her what was my APR rate and she confirmed it is 15.99 %. So I asked her, why did the bank take 100 % of my payment? She then broke down to me how much money goes towards the interest and how much goes to the principal. She said {$140.00} is supposed to go towards interest and {$730.00} towards the principal amount. She said she will put in a request to fix the problem. I waited over a week and saw nothing changed so I called again. Still the problem hasnt been resolved and now they are asking for the next payment which is due XX/XX/2023. At this point I dont trust Ally Auto anymore.

Consumer Complaint: I was advised to report this be for taking legal actions against Ollo card services. So, I am reporting Ollo because they robocalled / automated phone called with a pre-recorded message at XXXX on XX/XX/2023. I mention this because preceding court cases/ lawsuits in various courts have ruled that the calling time is to be based on the time zone of where the cellphone number is based, for which my area code is XXXXand in the central time zone. Whats really important here though is the fact that I have audio proof of a robocall phone call with a pre-recorded message in it as well as screenshots proof of of the transcript of this electronically pre-recorded message that was left in my voicemail box. I have been advised that by Ollo leaving this pre-corded message that was then, repeated to my voicemail and recorde by it is actually ol legal under federal laws, this is according to federal laws and regulations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) as well as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ( TCPA ). I have also been advised these acts, laws and regulations were designed to protect me from these time of pre-recorded robocalls, whether on my cell phone or a landline and either left as a voicemail or played to me or another person, if I/ they happened to pick up is illegal for Ollo to even do. If I need to cite these cases please let me know. Im filing this with the CFPB and possibly reporting this to the FTC, if need be. Im also exploring suing Ollo for these violations of both the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) as well as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ( TCPA ). Im well aware, of cases where companies like Ollo were sued and found guilty for doing as Ollo card services did and called my number with a pre-recorded mesage and found guilty in violation of the laws and regulations. Below, I submitt the transcript of the illegal pre-recorded recording that Ollo left on my voicemail. Hello this is XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX please call me for any of our Ollo card service representatives today at XXXX Again, this was a pre-recorded recording left on my voicemail in violation of the FCC rules and regulations as well as Telephone Consumer Protection Act ( TCPA ).
