Consumer Complaint: On XXXX, I did an instant transfer from XXXX to my Ally Bank account. After several minutes, my funds were still not available in my Ally Bank account. I called Ally Bank and they said that they were having problems with their system and that deposits made after XXXX EST would not be available until XXXX EST the next business day. This is completely unacceptable. I never received any notice that there was an issue. This is false advertising and unfair to their customers to hold their money and not even notify them.

Consumer Complaint: Ally repossessed my car XX/XX/XXXX. In order to retrieve my vehicle, I was told to pay {$11000.00}, to an account at XXXX. XXXX which I did on XX/XX/XXXX. I was given incorrect account information by XXXX, the representative. So basically my money is missing, Ally nor XXXX. XXXX will help resolve the issue and every one points the finger at one another. My bank XXXX has reacted out to both Ally and XXXX XXXX several times, sent the forms needed to place the funds in the correct account but they both are unresponsive. I sent several emails to corporate and finally XXXX called from Ally Financial. She assured me she would investigate, and keep in touch but I havent heard from her in over a week with at least an update. Ive left give messages this week for her. At this point, I feel like they stole the money.

Consumer Complaint: The complainant was fraudulently charged ( {$100.00} ) for event tickets by XXXX XXXX on Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX. Ally Bank uses XXXX to process payments. I sent the electronic funds via XXXX at XXXX EST on XX/XX/XXXX. When the seller of the event tickets failed to send the tickets, I immediately notified XXXX who stated I needed to follow up with my financial institution ( Ally Bank ). I immediately notified Ally Bank via chat and was told to call and file a case. While on hold with Ally Bank I disputed the transaction on the Ally Website. Unfortunately, the Ally Bank phone system ( XXXX ) only directs the consumer to the vehicle loan division and does not properly route callers to the Ally XXXX Bank division. I was hindered in my interaction with Ally Bank due to the limitation of their phone system. I did dispute the transaction via the Ally Bank website and without notice, discovered the dispute was closed without any follow up or written communication. Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX I signed a contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX and Ally financial. I canceled the contract within the required 3 business days by email and phone with both companies. Ally continued to forward DocuSign documents emails thanking me for signing them, each time with different dates and dollar amounts. I emailed and called Ally and informed them that I was receiving signed documents, signed by XXXX XXXX XXXX ), which is not my legal name. My legal name is ( XXXX XXXX XXXX and I had not signed them. I was repeatedly told by Ally to disregard the documents. I received a credit denial letter from Ally on XX/XX/2022. On XX/XX/2022, I received a bill for {$XXXX} which is threatening to affect my credit with late payments. I have called Ally several times without success. I am an XXXX XXXX Veteran and have also reported this incident to the FBI elderly crimes unit.

Consumer Complaint: I had a dispute with Ally Financial in XXXX regarding a consumer auto lease. The amounts were not collectible since they were not properly due and at this point, the limitations period for collections has long expired. Unknown to me, back in XXXX Ally filed Form 1099C with Internal Revenue alleging that I was responsible for forgiveness of indebtedness income, when in fact, the amounts were not reportable since they did not involve principal sums as required under Treas Reg 1.6050P-1 ( d ). When Ally filed with IRS, they failed to send a copy to me. I first became aware of the false filing in early XX/XX/XXXX and at that point, I sent Ally a letter requesting that they withdraw the filing. They ignored me.

I made the payment .Ally came and took the car I stated I was up to date the payment was made .The driver said when Ally sent him the payment was still due. The driver removed the car. I was then told it was at a locacation where Id have to come up with monies to get the car. So now I was paid up but had to pay money to get the car back that was paid up. I was trying to contact family to help financially since I was on soc sec ) and lost that due to household income which was why I was struggling financially. I would also have to take a bus which was over an hour or so away to the location. ( A XXXX XXXX ) this was in the country. I was told they wouldnt remove the car to another destination. I told them my husband and I got the help and were coming for the car. The lot which Ally had the car put in told me the car was no longer there and sent to another destination further away .I was trying to find the location of the car .Now Id have to take a trip to retrieve the car and find out where it was. They told me the car was going to Auction. The car was XXXX XXXX which was a rip-off deal I was told I could refinance through Ally from the car dealership XXXX in XXXX which was a lie XXXX also took my XXXX only gave me XXXX on it on the paper work and the XXXX disappeared with them not having the title yet. Note I was alone on the car endeavor. My son could not believe what he was hearing! I paid XXXX off on the car when it was ( stolen ) removed .Ally auctioned it for XXXX or so .so it was a year or so old with XXXX XXXX miles and they sold it for XXXX XXXX?? Today years later I got a call they want XXXX or so more. More money because years went by. I still have a key the book and the business deal I was so ripped off and was monotonous given a discount or incentives the paper work was written and the rewritten I was so confused .I put the car back on the lot at XXXX and wanted my XXXX back which I still had the title for to no avail. I need a lawyer. Id like the XXXX I payed into the car. The car was a dangerous unstable car. It shook in the wind ion the highway and the windows whistled. What a nightmare. I feel Ally literally stole the car. I was caught up on my payments when the car was removed!! The driver said Im doing what Ally told me. I complained to Ally about the car the payments and the sale. I was also to I could refinance through Ally who stated they dont due refinance. Why didnt Ally sell the car for what was owed instead of XXXX and change?? I could have sold it for more and paid off the loan. They hooked it to the tow truck and was pulling it on the rear tires. I would not trust the frame after that. They did not put in on the flatbed. ( There was a larger car on that. I need help with this case. Their still hounding me my reputation is damaged. Please can someone get me a lawyer or justice for this case Ally is still sueing me. Years later and the cost is piling up. Im on soc sec again. I dont have the knowledge or money to even start to try to find a lawyer who would take this case planet XXXX XXXX XXXX ny and Ally Financial vs Me. Please help!
