Consumer Complaint: Based on a recommendation from XXXX XXXX I opened a credit card account with Ally Financial Inc . The premise behind opening this account was due to the fact that XXXX XXXX and Ally Financial stated that this would improve my credit score. In addition, they both recommended that I utilize this card to pay gas and food bills. So, I did. I pay off all of the charges that I incur on a biweekly basis and have never missed a payment. Ally 's website confirms the aforementioned information. My credit score went down by over XXXX points and is still dropping. There is no reasoning for this. I contacted customer service as was told that the negative credit was due to using their credit card and nothing to do with my payment history. Note : Again, I pay off my balance on a biweekly basis. This is false advertisement by XXXX XXXX and a scam by Ally Financial Inc . Please advise.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XX/XX/year> after diligent research on extraneous debt, XXXX. 's and Debt Relief I encountered Helpsishere.org ; in XXXX, Oregon, a 501.C.3 Non-Profit that specializes in discharging unsecured debt if One depends upon federal income. I subsequently signed an agreement with Helps and Attorney XXXX XXXX. Helps has sent out on my behalf official letters advising the XXXX Cards I surrendered that my Income is off- limits, ie they can not collect a dime as per Fed Regulation. They would have had these letters in the middle of XXXX past. XXXX Months later the entrys on my XXXX credit bureaus would indicate that I still had possession and was still paying which is incorrect. When the Helps attorney advised me that I could stop paying I did that. Since I have not had the cards since directly after my last payment, and had a good record of payments, they are using this as some financial tool for their own bottom line. IF My XXXX XXXX had truly been looked at those cards would not have been offered. My spending was almost solely for XXXX and to survive in an economy which Democrats have ruined ; with Inflation which is out of control. Every month I paid ontime and would always run out of food the middle of the month, this discharging it was beneficial for me and would have been less if XXXX companies had stopped debt out of my control in late XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I entered a contract to finance a XXXX XXXX XXXX through Ally financial back on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. The total paid after 72 months at a rate of 8.64 %. came out to {$18000.00} according to the truth in lending disclosure. This would mean the contract would be fulfilled around mid XXXX. After learning of some questionable activities that financial institutions have been participating in without the customers knowledge I decided to investigate and make sure everything was as it was supposed to be in regards to my contract. After calculating the total amount paid to Ally, including finance charges, payments, late fees, and " interest, '' by XXXX of XXXX I had already paid {$19000.00}. This was {$4900.00} in finance charges despite the TIL disclosure totaling {$4000.00}. That would mean I paid more than {$1500.00} more than I was supposed to. They could not claim it was due to late fees or extra finance charges because my last payment was XXXX of XXXX. This was 5 months before my 72 month. They are also claiming I still owe over {$4500.00} which is absolutely absurd. I want the money back that I was overcharged, I want compensation for causing my credit score to go down the drain, I want the title to my vehicle, and I think I deserve to be paid interest that was collected off the securitization of the promissory note. I can't imagine how many people just think that they are dealing with companies who are honest and have their best interest in mind while subtly stealing money from them.

Consumer Complaint: Electronics lien has not been released. I just received prior correspondence from the complaint filed for this same reason on XX/XX/XXXX advising I contact XXXX and I have already. They have advised me the lien release request has to come from Ally and the paid letter and title they sent me will not be sufficient to have an electronic lien release. They advised in their correspondence they requested a paper lien in XX/XX/XXXX and requested the electronic lien be released but it was not. I have pulled up the XXXX on the XXXX website and the lien is still showing and the title is still untransferable. How can I sale the car without a clear title. The paper title means nothing to with the electronic lien still in place
