Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX in search of a vehicle. My wife and I looked and found one we liked. They took down our information and at this time, no talk of financials happened yet. We did not even state we fully wanted the vehicle yet, we were just interested in price. They came back and told us that we could secure the loan with Ally Auto, but in " good faith '' we were required to put down a {$3000.00} CASH down payment in order for the bank to lend us the money. We were also not informed that XXXX different line items of " added service protection '' would be added to the overall loan, nor did we get any paperwork on any of it, except GAP insurance, which they told us we had to do. This resulted in an extra {$6000.00} attached to our loan. Not to mention our signatures on the retail buyers order, do not match our normal signatures, in fact they are not even close to my wife and I 's normal signature. We have reason to believe they were forged, and therefore this contract is fully fraudulent. They used deceiving, high pressure sales tactics to secure this loan, withholding information from us, that would have resulted in us walking out.

Consumer Complaint: Ally Financial is charging extra fees to utilize the phone for payment because they are having website issues! I have tried for 4 days to get into my account to pay my auto loan and finally paid my loan through the phone, which had additional fees associated with it. The part on the other end made this payment extremely hard for them as they are from a third-world country, which further complicated the process.

Consumer Complaint: My auto loan payment for XX/XX/2023 was made and funded on XX/XX/2023. Ally Financial is reporting me 30 days past due when the payment including late fees were paid 26 days late. My auto loan payment for XX/XX/2023 was made and funded on XX/XX/2023. Ally financial is reporting me 30 days past due when the payment including late fees were paid 23 days past due. The company bills for late fees but when paid they do not allocate the additional funds to cover for late fees. This is an unfair practice. This erroneous information is hurting my credit profile.
