ALLY verbally expresses that I still have to make the 120 payments. It's a lie that they spoke with me and told me that my debt will be paid off sooner. I need to keep the same multi payment and know how many more payments I still owe, I need to know my maturity day, They must respect the same monthly payment and should not be allowed to charge Other fees. The bank keep the profit and when I asked for the documents which show how much is the vehicle is being sold for on auction, then they banked add another {$600.00} on the vehicle worth. The account account been closed and they bank take advantage on my consumer credit report where they reported a charge off as BAD DEBT and this is totally illegal and I want to take action filed lawsuit against the XXXX XXXX XXXX for selling my personal to third party and misinformation.

Consumer Complaint: Since XX/XX/XXXX Ally Auto XXXX tried to debit over {$3000.00} out of my account instead of {$660.00}, my normal payment. After XXXX contacted me about the unusual amount trying to be debited from my account Ally Auto has insisted that I have been behind in my payments. Ally has stated that since XX/XX/XXXX I have not been paying within the 30 day thresh hold but yet and still my online mobile account shows payments for each month, late but paid. There was a question about a returned payment for XX/XX/XXXX. After sending the bank statement ( redacted ) which displayed the payment was available and withdrawn by Ally Auto, my credit report has been tarnished drastically by Ally Auto stating I am 4 months behind. I have all of the payment receipts and bank withdrawals. There were times when Ally would debit the account due to autopay before my direct deposit was there and the bank would not honor the payment. I would manually make the payment the same day later in the afternoon and Ally would resubmit the payment through the bank and it would come back as insufficient because I would have made the payment manually.
