Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I filed a complaint # XXXX against ALLY FINANCIAL for continued refusal to provide by mail copies of my original contract documents for vehicle loan that occured on XX/XX/XXXX. After several attempt to get the documents over several months ALLY continues to knowingly and willingly withhold the contract documents with no explanation as to why this request is so hard for them to complete. After months of being lied to and told it will be sent within 10 business days it has now been 4 months. As of the date of this complaint they have reached out to me via phone and email ( see attached ) to continue to stall and gaslight when all I need is copies of the signed contract documents. There has been ample time and requests for this information and instead my rights continue to be violated by this company as they refuse a simple request from the consumer they are doing business with.

Consumer Complaint: After moving into my new home in XXXX of 2022 about 2 months down the line in I believe XXXX or XXXX I got some electrical work done at my home from a company name : XXXX XXXX who also had ran my credit score and eventually ending financing me with a bank by the name of Ally Lending for about {$4700.00} or XXXX. Sorry but I don't have the Receipt/Paperwork in my possession but I do have all the information if you need it but anywho I was given payments of {$71.00} a month for I think 36 months so I was inform that due to me financing and having to pay interest on the work that was done to my home I was fine but only because I was under the impression that by me receiving the loan it'll go straight towards my credit as I mail the payments but once I ended checking my credit report yesterday I noticed that it was never reported but it was noted that Ally did a Credit check that day but no lending.

Consumer Complaint: MY lease ender I bought out lease and finaced thru ally on XX/XX/2020,! have been making payments ever since, I rec 'd notification from ally that account was moved to ally auto.com for the servicing of my account I had to use a new website which i could make payments had issue but finally I was able to log on to my account and now it shows I am past due over {$9000.00}. on the phone for over an hoiur disconnect many times no answeres i dont know if they reported this to the credi bureaus. I have not had any claification or corrections to my account getting the run around. I have my note and my payment hisotry which shows consitant payments sinbce loan was orginated They are giving me the run around sopending hours on phone with no satisfaction other then to tell me they are looking into it

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I enrolled in a promotion with Ally Bank. stated that I could move money into a new CD, and earn a 1 % bonus, up to {$500.00}. The promotion details are shown in the attached " allybonus.png ''. On XX/XX/XXXX, I had met the funding requirements of the promotion. I took advantage of the promotion fully by moving {$50000.00} into my new CD. Given this, I expected to earn the full {$500.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, Ally closed my CD account, and sent me a check with the funds. I did not initiate this closure at all. I expected at least that the check would include the {$500.00} promotional money but it did not. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called Ally inquiring if I could receive my promotional {$500.00}. They said that they would not be awarding me the bonus. This is not fair, as the money remained in the account until XX/XX/XXXX, which is the requirement for the bonus. Even since they decided to close my account, it's unfair that they can refuse to pay me my bonus. There are many options to park my money, and if I had known Ally would have done this, I would have simply put it in a different bank with higher interest, back in XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Purchased an A/C unit & installation through a Company that uses Ally Lending. Ally has a small window to make an " on time " payment when due. My due date is XXXX of the month. If payment arrives in the month due before that date, they process it as an extra payment. charge acct. with late fee because the payment didn't arrive on the XXXXthey may take 1-3 days to process it!! they have a consecutive 4day grace... not business days & they don't account for holidays. If it gets there on the XXXX of the following month its an extra payment! plus a late fee. Its a gamble of delivery! I receive pension funds on the XXXX of the month ( unless it falls on a weekend/holiday paid earlier ) SS on XXXX XXXX, paycheck every two wks on XXXX Funds aren't always available to send on a date to arrive on time! I've asked to change the due date to the XXXX or the XXXX answer NO. They are taking advantage of mail delivery & inter-banking delivery time to charge Late Fees.

They weren't given consent or permission to do so. This is identity theft and a clear violation of my consumer right and the consumer laws. This is a civil liability violation and penalty can and will be implemented for damages sustained.

Consumer Complaint: I opened up a XXXX XXXX checking account and funded {$50.00} with my Ally Bank Debit card. Ally Bank processed the transaction as 4 transactions ( credits and debits ). The first transaction was on XX/XX/XXXX and {$50.00} was withdrawn. The second transaction was on XX/XX/XXXX and {$50.00} was credited back. The third transaction was on XX/XX/XXXX and {$50.00} was withdrawn. The fourth transaction was on XX/XX/XXXX and {$100.00} was withdrawn. The net effect is that {$150.00} was withdrawn yet only {$50.00} was transferred to my new XXXXXXXX XXXX checking account. Ally Bank needs to credit my checking account back the difference of {$100.00}

XXXX then went and fraudulently without my consent recharged my account on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX and Ally said that I got a refund which was not true the second charge was never authorized by me and should not have been taken from my account. I have been trying to work with Ally about a XXXX charge which was fraudulent the merchant never sent anything but stole my money Ally said they were looking back into it and failed to attach see pictures where they said I can not get product or money as Ally failed to protect me this purchase was in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ally also blocked me access to statements and funds when tried to withdraw

Consumer Complaint: On Monday morning XX/XX/2022 I returned to my car to see that it had been ransacked and my wallet was robbed. The last time my wallet was in my physical possession was XX/XX/2022. I had received messages on my phone saying that there were charges made on my card, these charges occurred while I was asleep and didnt see the messages until i woke up. I immediately talked to Ally support to let them know and made reports that all the charges that occurred on XXXX and afterwards were fraudulent. I also told them to not let any more charges through and froze my card. A couple months later they locked my account and I received a letter saying that I was responsible for the charges because it was " in the same geographical area ''. Of course it was, they had stolen my physical wallet. Now I have received a letter threatening to take me to collections for the amount these people stole. I did everything to inform them that these charges weren't me and ordered a new card the same day and still they do this. It is not legal, I am not responsible for the charges some theives made on my card as I did nothing wrong and immediately reported it to Ally. I am not even able to access the account to attach screenshots because they have locked me out.
