My regular monthly payment is {$400.00} and I was told by a representative every dollar I have ever paid since XX/XX/XXXX has all gone towards interest. Please note my aftermarket product GAP insurance expired on XX/XX/XXXX. I did not cancel this policy, so no credit will be paid. I want to clear up the current outstanding balance, any payment variance, and the total amount of fees assessed during the life of the loan.

Ally Financial other claim saying they have a right to share my private personal information to third parties, is again violating my right to privacy. company policy does not supersede my right to privacy.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX after speaking with multiple customer service representatives I was denied paying my car note through any online or over the phone service with ally due to the accusations of them trying to pull my car note multiple times and I was told only money order XX/XX/XXXX ally got both XXXX and XXXX money order in the amount of XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX the XXXX payment was sent the exact way through XXXX in a money order they shows it arrived to the XXXX box XX/XX/XXXX. Ally have told me over again they cant find it as well as call back as well as its negatively affecting my credit score. I was grab told that XXXX XXXX XXXX not checked daily use another which I sent XXXX payment to with still no answer on the XXXX money order to be told today to try to get a refund and resend them but never told how I would be covered with delinquency going on my credit! This is unacceptable I have been with ally since XXXX down to my last two years and they are ripping me off Im losing money and bad credit score because they dont want to investigate internally to see where the money orders are they havent even been attempted to be spent as I track them which they also have the serial numbers on!!!! I will contact a lawyer to move forward

They had a update in there software which caused a glitch and showed i opened new cd but still and placed the balance in the new cd but it also showed the closed cd with the same balance leading to a debit of XXXX. which was completly on there side since i verified the cd was closed and new one was open. they put a hold on my account. which was due to there glitch from Ally bank the exact same thing happend to my wifes accounts and they also placed a hold on her accound when there is there mistake

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, with the assistance of a bank rep I opened a new CD with funds from a joint ALLY savings account to an ALLY acct. which was to be a joint CD. I have done this before with ALLY Bank online. The bank 's software was faulty and opened an acct. in my name only. This rep said she could correct and then we were disconnected. The next rep said she could fix and it never happened. Before I disconnected with the second rep, I asked for a case number, She gave me the number of one of our other accounts. I emailed the bank 3 times and got conflicting information back. Today I spoke to a supervisor who said it will be corrected in 7 t0 10 days. I also submitted a fax request yesterday. Interestingly, the beneficiary information passed over without me requesting it, but not the joint ownership. This is a very serious issue. Should I die, my husband 's fund would not go to him, but to the beneficiaries. This is not what we want and we are very concerned about all the misinformation. Hearing repeatedly it will be fixed in 2 days and now 7 to 10 days. I have no confidence that it will be corrected. Can you help correct the account title?

Consumer Complaint: Ally Financial is practicing unfair debt collection My car was repossessed today and I have been told different information from 3 associates in regards to my information. I went online to make a payment and it was restricted due to me being " more than three payments past due '' on my account. However, if the account was not locked, I would be able to make a payment today. Also, my account says that I am only past due {$820.00}. That is not 3 months ' worth of payments. Also, when I called, one associate told me that my tow fee was {$120.00} because they used a flatbed. I recorded them on my security camera and it was not a flatbed. I have footage of it. I asked them if I could pay the car off within a few weeks, and they said no. They will not take any payments from me. FYI-The reason that I got behind is because I was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, so I was unable to work like I needed to, but I tried to make as many payments as possible. In addition, my sister and her two sons live with me and she gets absolutely no help from either of their fathers. I tried to discuss a hardship payment opportunity in the past, but was turned down.

Consumer Complaint: Concerning our car loan with Ally Financial Inc. A letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from a XXXX XXXX XXXX the Executive Customer Relations division, stated in a letter she would inform all credit bureaus Ally Financial Inc. was incorrect in reporting us 30 days late in XXXX. The 30 days late remains on our credit report, adversely affecting our credit profile. I have made several attempts to communicate with a XXXX XXXX, leaving her voicemails. As of XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX has not responded to my calls. Additionally, despite Ally Financial Inc. falsely repossessing the vehicle, taking advantage of the Covid-19 waiver period, stating we would not be reported late, this was false. We were reported late every month during the 90 day waiver period. Again, in XXXX when we became displaced from our home due to mold, we were informed Ally Financial is willing to " negotiate '' any late fees at the end of the loan. We trusted this pledge. However, they refuse to waive or negotiate any of the late fees and will not release the title. We trusted Ally Financial to a honest and trustworthy bank. However, Ally Financial has all but destroyed our faith in their promises. Verbally or otherwise.

Consumer Complaint: I contacted the company back in XXXX & discuss the problem of why I was late on my payments I was out of work so later so back in XXXX when I talked to someone he said I may qualify for a payoff so I got the email in XXXX of the amount of what I had to pay I pay the amount that they ask I call them & ask them why am I still getting emails 3 weeks later of the balance I was told it takes time 7 the computer was sending the automated emails out the reason why reaching out to you is because they put it on my credit report as late payments it's like they didn't listen to me paid them what they ask weeks ago & they still reported to XXXX they told me its nothing they can do its aready been send they can't reverse it I was told to dispute it.
