Consumer Complaint: Ollo credit card was bought out by Ally Credit Card. I was supposed to be able to log on and create a new profile and open the on line account. This transition was on XX/XX/XXXX. I have been trying to get customer service to resolve this issue but as of todays date they have not. I continue to get messages that my information dose not exist. The only way to see my balance is by logging into the old account ( Ollo ) and am able to at least see my balance. I have no way to check my account except by phone.

Consumer Complaint: I started having a transmission problem with my car causing me to not be able to work due to not having a vehicle. The extended warranty company refused to pay for the repairs when it was clearly covered. I am still in process of taking legal action against that company but that is besides the point. My dad had to pay for the repairs with money he didnt have and now I have emotional distress which I am intending to get from that warranty company. Nevertheless I am over 90 days past due and ally financial is my lender for my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I was XXXX $ past due but now I am XXXX $ past due and its only going to add up my car loan is currently sent out for repossession so they are looking for the car. Which was the last thing I wanted. I tried to resolve the past due balance with Ally by saying I will pay XXXX $ plus my normal monthly payment if you take off the repo and agree that we settled but they simply said I have to make this amount of payment to get out of repo but with my limited income right now I can only pay so much and not to mention the loan is XXXX $ which is XXXX $ more then what the car is worth my car is worth XXXX $ I know this because I tried to refinance with the credit union and no finance company will refinance me because of the fact the loan is more then what the car is worth and that is not even including the 12.36 % interest which would make it XXXX $ after 6 years and XXXX $ is too high of a monthly payment I even asked for a 4 month payment extension but they say no because once you modify the loan you cant get payment assistance but I did not know that because I did it online and i should of read the terms and conditions but due to my XXXX I was not thinking straight. All I was thinking about was the fact my monthly payment is too high. I even tried hiring a lawyer to talk to ALLY for me and it did not do me any good. Not to mention they are rude representatives I even asked to speak to a supervisor and they say they will call me they never did : mind you I asked over 10 times already and each time they did not return my call

Consumer Complaint: Hello, Im making a complaint against Ally credit card services for their lack of providing me with a statement. In XX/XX/year> I received a message that they were taking over for OLLO credit card and I was prompted to create an online account. I have since not been able to get access online to date, and its been 4 months, I do not receive any statements as I believe they are only available electronically via online account. I have called customer service and they have apologized but havent made any progress on getting access. At this point I have no clue what the terms of my account even are since the take over.

Consumer Complaint: This is the continuation of the previous complaint ID XXXX. Because the system of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau automatically closes the complaint down right after receiving a response from the bank, so I have to open up a new complaint. The response from the bank was a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, the XXXX XXXX XXXX is a XXXX XXXX XXXX and she told me in her letter to call their Customer Service about their closing my accounts when their Customer Service does not have any information and does not know anything about it? She wants me to call their customer service and yell and fuzz at their customer service instead of her when their customer service does not know anything about t he issues? When Ally Bank closes down my accounts UNFAIRLY, they only sent me a letter saying that they closed my accounts down ; that was it, they did not say anything why or what was the reason. I called and asked but they were not able to tell me why. I still have records that I did complained alot about their online banking was down a lot that I could not pay my bill using their pay bill features, and I think they revenged me for complaining by closing my accounts down. Also, I did use my debit card to purchases and later disputed some transactions. However, I do not think that is the reason why.

Consumer Complaint: I made multiple payments to my account in XXXX. I had multiple statements from XXXX - XX/XX/2023 showing changing balances. I made XXXX payments in XXXX. XXXX payments in XXXX. These are NOT late payments as you can see on my credit score. Clean credit for the last XXXX months on this account as Im trying to buy a home. In XXXX, ally reporting my account 30 days late. You can see the date the 30 day late was reported, which means my account would not have been paid from XX/XX/2023 - XX/XX/2023. Clearly this is inaccurate. When I called to work this through with Ally, I was told by the person helping me there is no one higher up than me, sorry we can not help you And I actually was in process of buying a home, was DENIED because of this and now am homeless ( living with my parents ) with my wife and XXXX kids under the age of XXXX ( XXXX and XXXX ) I have been working so hard and have had clean payment history because of what our goals were. I feel violated.
