Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted my PSLF application with employment verification. I called numerous times and finally was told my application is under review by Fed Loan. I heard nothing, but saw others who had submitted their applications after I did receive approval. Not once in 90 days of waiting did Fed Loan contact me to clarify or ask for additional documents.. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made 3 calls. Three hours of waiting for return calls. The PSLF specialist stated my application was on hold. I asked why and she refused to explain. I finally got through again and was told their was a name discrepancy with my name and they asked me to submit a W2. I submitted my XXXX W2. I then called again the next day and was told my employer 's name has a discrepancy. I explained that the Auditor for the county issues payroll for county agencies. I also explained I had worked for two different county agencies. I then submitted my XXXX W2- for my employment with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , Ohio where I was employed from XXXX. I have been employed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX County Ohio since XXXX. The FEIN is for the XXXX County Auditor because the auditor handles payroll for almost all county employees. Now they are telling me my application is on hold due to transfer to from Fed Loan to XXXX. I saw a letter from XXXX that the application must be complete by XX/XX/XXXX, expiration of TEPSLF. I believe Fed Loan has improperly delayed the processing of my application. I feel that my qualifications for the TEPSLF is jn jeopardy as they will not verify my application is complete. I have made far in excess of the 120 required payments and therefore my loan would be forgiven.

Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of Identity Theft, and I did not make or authorize this charge. I am requesting that the charge be removed, that any other charges related to the fraudulent amount be credited, as well, and that I receive an accurate statement. This fraudulent items should be DELETED from appearing on my credit report pursuant to SECTION 605B OF THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT. After receiving a copy of my report, I saw some UNVERIFIABLE information that on my personal profile, I noticed that there were COLLECTIONS accounts on my credit report. This is disappointing because I have been paying XXXX XXXX to get a report every month and I have been disputing fraud accounts on my credit report all this time, as well as this incorrect information on my personal profile but still youre not taking any actions. One of your staff told me to write a letter and attach a copy of the identity theft report ( FTC report # : XXXX ). I have never with these accounts listed below, so please help me remove these charge, including this incorrect information from my personal profile. A copy of my Bank statement, drivers License, and Social Security Number for my Social Security Number are all included in this written request. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. I have been patiently waiting on their response to the written requests I sent. However, any modes of response or coordination were not taken on their end. They have not complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i within the time allowed by law and continued reporting as unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as wilful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.

Consumer Complaint: I received this message : IMPORTANT UPDATE : On XX/XX/XXXX, the Department of Education announced a change to the Public Service Loan Forgiveness ( PSLF ) program rules that, for a limited time, may allow you to get credit for payments youve made on loans that wouldnt normally qualify for PSLF. This waiver period is temporary and will end on XX/XX/XXXX. To gain more information on this limited waiver period, including any actions you may need to take to gain access to these benefits, visit StudentAid.gov/pslfwaiver. I started contacting Fedloan servicing regarding my student loans. I had contacted them the previous year regarding payments made that I received no credit for between the years of XXXX and XXXX. I had worked for XXXX XXXX XXXX 5 years at that time. I was in school until XXXX but did not receive any credit for that time at all. The update from the department of Education required them to review my account and provide credit for the time I was not in school. This was the time I received the teacher forgiveness loan as well. I have contacted them at least 3 times and I have continued to receive inaccurate information on my account. I taught 9 years at XXXX XXXX XXXX and 13 months at XXXX XXXX XXXX school. I only received 5 months credit at that school. I am back with XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have not re-certified this year. My estimated eligibility date to cancel student loans have continued to change from XXXX letter to the next. I need someone to explain where are the missing credits, why the dates have changed, what documents are they missing, and how to fix this problem. I know they are not going to be the provider after this year, but they need to fix the problem before they hand my information over to another company.

Consumer Complaint: I filed for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness and I recently heard back that I was denied because they are only counting the payments I made since I enrolled in their consolidation program ( 3 total ) towards my XXXX payments ( which I definitely reached years ago ). When I spoke with a representative, she said that the initial paperwork for forgiveness may have been processed prior to my being enrolled in the consolidation program and that I should reapply for the forgiveness now that I am enrolled. Basically, their payment count is over XXXX payments short of what I have paid towards my loans over the past XXXX years.

Consumer Complaint: This is the latest email I sent FedLoan Servicing, which I believe details the issue : I just received the results of my PSLF progress and it is NOT correct. I have spent 15 years in non profit public service. And while I have had periods of deferments, I have had periods where I was making IBR payments. Also, the current deferments because of COVID are also supposed to count towards payments. My results say that I have only made ONE eligible payment. With the waiver/application I submitted several months ago I re certified my employment with all three of my eligible employers, which include SERVICE ACCESS AND MANAGEMENT ( non profit ), XXXX XXXX ( government ) and DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS ( government ). Your chat lines are never available, I have made numerous attempts to speak to someone before and through this process and it has proven to be impossible to reach someone.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX FEDLOAN added a total of {$650.00} in " UNPAID INTEREST '' to my DIRECT SUB CONSOLIDATION LOAN ( {$350.00} ) and my DIRECT UNSUB CONSOLIDATION LOAN ( {$300.00} ). The above Federal Loans are under the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX pause that is in effect until XX/XX/XXXX and are mandated to not be accruing interest. FEDLOAN states they have no knowledge " why '' the interest is added to my account. They can not provide a reason or accounting for adding {$650.00} to my account. I consolidated to FEDLOAN on XX/XX/XXXX per the XXXX waiver after paying my loans for almost 30 years total. I was hopeful that after decades and decades of mishandling my loans the XXXX waiver would be the end to my 30 year nightmare of paying for college. Now, it's a new scam - No PSLF and a bigger balance than I started with pre-COVID pause. Please help me. I have attached the FEDLOAN Consolidation Letter dated and my account from yesterday showing the {$650.00} " unpaid interest '' added to my balance. Thank you
