The very next day the app show a balance of {$38000.00}. I called to ask about my payment and when my money when. I was told they didnt know where to apply the money for my loans to. The lady ask me if I wanted the money applied to my loans or the interest? I stated all of it should go to my loans. Now my balance is {$32000.00}. My balance should be {$28000.00}. This is fraud. Its illegal.

Consumer Complaint: Im a 100 % disabled veteran and I applied to have my student loans forgiven. The process took sometime and I continued to pay my loans on time as always. When the forgiveness was granted they backed dated it to when I was granted my disability and returned payments to me. When this happened the credit bureaus updated my payments as more than 120 days late. I contacted fed loan servicing and they advised me in there system they dont show me as delinquent or late instead they show me as paid and closed. I disputed this issue with the bureaus and it hasnt been fixed. Its disrupting my great credit and payment history and I have already been denied a few occasions with the reason being serious delinquency. Please fix these as soon as possible it is really affecting my life and wellbeing.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Temporary Waiver in XX/XX/XXXX. My employment was verified and my loans were transferred to FedLoanServicing. My Direct Consolidation loan was issued in XX/XX/XXXX, and was transferred at least once prior to this last transfer. When FedLoanServicing calculated the qualifying payment for the program they excluded 19 payments from consideration, neither marking them as qualified or not, leaving me 11 qualifying payments short of the 120 required payments on the Subsidized portion of the loan. They also deemed over 100 payments as not qualifying on the unsubsidized portion of the loan, for what appears to be a deviation from the temporary waiver rules as all payments should be qualifying ( the deemed 30 out of 129 payments as qualifying ). It appears there were multiple errors made in assessing the number of qualifying payments I made between XXXX and today, possibly because of the multiple times my loans have been transferred. I request someone review the records and help fix my file

Consumer Complaint: XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX all have me reporting late for 12 months total between XXXX and XXXX for Fedloan servicing. I have attempted on several occasions to have this issue resolved. I have spoken with the creditor and they have confirmed that I have never been late on any of my loan payment accounts and provided me a statement letter with this information and the credit bureaus fail to update the systems with the accurate information. I have several student loan accounts with this company and only one is showing late reporting which is in accurate. I would like to have my report updated accordingly please. Thank you for your assistance.

Consumer Complaint: I have been paying on these loans for 19 years. While working in a public high school. For many years my loans were with XXXX. They assured me I was on track for forgiveness. During this time I got divorced and filed for bankruptcy, unfortunately during my time in bankruptcy I could not access my XXXX information. You can see all of this information in prior complaints. I was careful not to make any late payments during the 5 years of bankruptcy, knowing this would make me ineligible for forgiveness. When I reached the 10 year mark, I contacted XXXX who then told me that I was on the wrong repayment plan and my loans were not consolidated. I would need to start the process over. I then learned that my loans had to be with Fed loan and so I consolidated them and got on the income contingent repayment plan. None of these things were brought to my attention during the many hours I spent on the phone about this matter. Based on the new rules enacted by the XXXX XXXX in XXXX 2021 I meet all of the requirements, yet my statement says only XXXX some payments qualify. The new guidelines should have corrected these issues. I moved my loans to Fedloan in XXXX of XXXX, consolidated them and got on the XXXXncome ContingenXXXX repayment plan. this should be equal to 34 qualifying payments just since then, I'm only getting credit for 26? I don't even understand where that number came from. It also says on my loan information that the college is XXXX. This is not accurate, I took graduate classes from XXXX XXXX and paid for them in full my self.

Consumer Complaint: I received a notification from my lender fedloan serving on XX/XX/2022 that my loans were forgiven after previously being told that I had not made all the required payments. I XX/XX/2022 I called fedloan serving to request a refund of the payments made during the payment pause period related to covid I spoke with XXXX badge # XXXX I was told she would process my refund which was in the amount of {$5600.00}. I received a second notification of loan forgiveness indicating a different amount of forgiveness on XX/XX/2022. By XXXX XX/XX/2022 I had not received the refund and called and spoke to XXXX Badge # XXXX who indicated that I should have already received the monthly via direct deposit to the account I was making payment from she stated I should have received a payment for XXXX on XX/XX/2022 and another separate payment but she did not share the with me the amount. I explained that I received no such payments and wanted to speak to someone to discuss this further. I was transferred and waited in excess of an hour to speak to XXXX # XXXX who stated that since my account balance was zero I was not entitled to any refund of payments made during the payment stop. I do not trust that this is accurate and would like a refund of the payments made during the payment pause.

Consumer Complaint: I was alert by credit karma that there was a collection in my credit report. Thats how I found out about credence resource management company. First of all, I never received any letter of intent to collect debt from them. They claimed the sent letter to my house. I told them I moved but my family still live there and I still collect my letters there. So I asked for a copy of proof for original letter they sent. THEY COULDNT EVEN DO THAT. they were stalling. I tell you why I asked for proof because 1. I have a post office account where they scanned all letters into system 2. We can see which letters are going to be deceived each day 3. So if they give me a copy and I can look back to the date of that week and see if it was actually deliever or not. But they couldnt produce it for me. So they lying.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Information belongs to someone else
Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I discovered inaccurate, unvalidated and fraudulent information on my XXXX consumer credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX. I requested definite statements from the furnisher of a collection account. On XX/XX/XXXX I wrote a letter to XXXX requesting that the along with additional information to be removed from my consumer report : 1. Collection Account : XXXX 2. Hard Inquiry : XXXX BANK 3. Any other Hard Inquiries Upon receiving an inadequate dispute response from XXXX I sent a another letter to XXXX requesting a reinvestigation of the inaccurate and unvalidated information. On XX/XX/XXXX. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681i, reinvestigation of disputed information was required starting XX/XX/XXXX at my request. XXXX is in violation due to failure to complete a reinvestigation. XXXX did not send me an Audit Trial of this XXXX account. Instead, XXXX continued to allow this inaccurate, unvalidated and fraudulent account to report to my consumer credit report. XXXX has violated 15 USC 1681 ( g ) ( a ) ( 2 ) by not sending any of the documentation that I requested per previously mailed letter dated XX/XX/XXXX regarding the sources of information used and a description of the reinvestigation procedure. On XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a CFPB complaint due to XXXX non-compliance with 15 USC 1681b ( a ) consumer law to remove this information from my account. After research, it also became apparent to me that I needed to file an FTC Report and seek a recovery plan to remedy the unauthorized use of my consumer information via Identity Theft. Therefore, I filed a FTC Report on XX/XX/XXXX. At that time, XXXX was still willfully continuing to violate me by reporting inaccurate, unvalidated and fraudulent information to my consumer credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX, via USPS Certified Mail Tracking # XXXX, Return Receipt Tracking # XXXX, I sent XXXX a copy of said FTC Report along with a Notice of Pending Litigation letter, color copies of my XXXXivers License & Social Security Card. Instead of removing and blocking the inaccurate, unvalidated and fraudulent account and unauthorized Hard Inquiry pursuant to 15 USC 1681c-2 ( a ), XXXX mailed XXXX XXXX XXXX Identity Theft Victim Assistance Affidavit Form, Exhibit I, dated XX/XX/XXXX. The failure to remove/block and mailing for that form are violations of 1681c-2 ( a ), 1681b ( a ), and 11681b ( c ) ( 3 ), as I am not required per consumer law to return a completed XXXX Identity Theft Victim Assistance Affidavit with a FTC Report. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681c-2 ( a ), XXXX is required to remove and block the reporting of information due to Identity Theft from my consumer credit report. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681n ( a ), 15 USC 1681e ( b ), and 15 USC 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) ; XXXX is willfully failing to comply with the removal and block this inaccurate, unvalidated and fraudulent account and hard inquiry from my consumer report. No consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any other adverse item of information. XXXX, as of XX/XX/XXXX, is continuing to willfully report an inaccurate, unvalidated and fraudulent account and unauthorized hard inquiry to my consumer credit report ; XXXX has stated to cease reporting this account to ALL consumer credit reports due to the Identity Theft, both XXXX and XXXX have removed this account.
