Consumer Complaint: Somebody stole and used my personal information to be admitted for courses at XXXX XXXX. They then illegally took out federal grants using my info and it is showing that I owe a debt when I have never attended XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX did nothing to verify this person was me and its now gone to collections. This is not my debt, I did not take any grants and Ive never attended any college.

Consumer Complaint: My XXXX and Trans Union Reports both say I have over {$40000.00} in student debt because they are duplicated. XXXX Had my student loans until XXXX took them over. XXXX is still reporting it on my credit reports as a debt. I called XXXX XXXX and they told me the credit reporting companies are wrong. When I dispute the debts are still doubled. My total debt is higher on the credit reports than it should of been and I been denied many loans and mortgages. From this duplication is showing my Debt to Income ratio. If you look at the report there is 4 student loan debts, there should be only 2. Dept of EdXXXX is not collecting. XXXX is and it is a double debt.

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.

Consumer Complaint: I am disputing information on my credit report and Trans Union is using Stall tactics which is a refusal to re investigate information on my consumer report that I did not give them permission to Furnish. They sent me a computer generated letter denying the re investigation on my report. By law I have the right to either hire a XXXX party or I myself can dispute any innaccurate information on my report. They were sent the proper verification, ID, Social Security, and proof of residency and still refused to reinvestigate. Attached is the proof of refusing to abide by the law. please stop with the stall tactics. You are affecting my livelihood and my job is on the line. Your refusal to re investigate and be fair and partial is shameful and unacceptable and you should be ashamed of how you break laws daily. Trans Union has been sued for frivolous reporting in the past and continue to ruin the lives of people. THis is notice to arbitrate and you have 15 days to remove this inaccurate accounts off my report.

I received an email from the credit bureau stating that they are assuming the disputes are coming from a 3rd party. They in fact did not come from a 3rd party. l even called them to verify it was me and they still refused to process my disputes. I wasted money on mailing my disputes out. I sent personal information to verify my identity through mail, just for them to not thoroughly investigate.
