Consumer Complaint: A sales man came to mine and my wife 's home and gave us a vacuum that he stated was an air purifier and a vacuum cleaner. We insisted we didn't want it several times. He left it with us anyways and took our vacuum and broom and dust pan promising to return the next day to bring the rest of the pieces to the equipment and to see if we wanted it or not, he stated he would take it back if not. He never returned and didn't answer our phone call. XXXX XXXX supplied the loan for this, they closed the account multiple times on mine and my wife ( XXXX XXXX ) credit and reopened it multiple times and kept charging us. They then took us to court to sue us we showed up and they never showed up so the judge dismissed it. They continue to charge us still today.

Consumer Complaint: I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the severe discrepancies I have recently uncovered in my credit report, which have not only caused significant distress but also raised serious concerns about the accuracy and compliance of the information being reported by your agency. Upon conducting a thorough investigation of my credit report, I discovered numerous unverifiable, invalidated, inaccurate, and questionable items. These discrepancies not only hinder my financial well-being but also violate the standards set forth by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). As stipulated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, it is imperative that all information reported on my credit file is 100 % accurate. Sections 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) explicitly state that consumer reporting agencies are obliged to ensure the accuracy of the information they report. Unfortunately, it appears that these obligations have not been met in my case. Enclosed with this letter, you will find copies of all correspondence sent to your agency regarding these discrepancies. It is my expectation that you will promptly initiate an investigation into these matters and rectify the inaccuracies on my credit report in accordance with the FCRA. I understand that errors may occur, but it is crucial that your agency complies with federal regulations to ensure the fair and accurate reporting of consumer credit information. I believe that by addressing and rectifying these discrepancies, we can collectively uphold the integrity of the credit reporting system. I kindly request that you acknowledge receipt of this letter within [ reasonable timeframe ] and provide a detailed plan of action for the investigation and resolution of the issues outlined herein. Failure to do so may compel me to pursue legal remedies available to me under the FCRA. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution and the restoration of accuracy to my credit report.
