Consumer Complaint: Payment Reporting Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to file a formal complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) for their inconsistent and unresolved reporting of a late payment on my credit history, which I believe is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. In a response to my dispute, XXXX XXXX, Director of Compliance at XXXX, asserted that my loan was reported 30 days late in XX/XX/XXXX. However, this reporting is inconsistent across the three major credit bureaus : XXXX reports a 30-day late payment in XX/XX/XXXX, TransUnion reports a 30-day late payment in XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX reports a 60-day late payment in XX/XX/XXXX. This discrepancy between XXXX 's statement and the credit bureau reports raises serious concerns about the accuracy and validity of their reporting. Despite my efforts to rectify this issue, including direct communication with XXXX and the credit bureaus, the erroneous reporting remains uncorrected, adversely affecting my credit score and potential financial opportunities. Enclosed are my payment records, the response from XXXX, and credit reports from XXXX, TransUnion, and XXXX, evidencing the discrepancies and my attempts at rectification. I respectfully request the CFPB 's intervention to investigate this matter thoroughly. I seek the correction of my credit records to accurately reflect my payment history and any other appropriate remedial actions. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this ongoing issue.

Subissue: Investigation took more than 30 days
Consumer Complaint: I have already sent a letter addressing the inaccuracies and unknown items on my credit report, but unfortunately, I have not received any response even after 30 days. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, my information was also affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach, which raises concerns about the security of my personal data.

Consumer Complaint: This is the refilling of my complaint to TRANSUNION. I accept that my data is being abused and detailed as wrong. In my credit report I discovered some slanderous things that I didn't know about. I found late payments which never occurred and accounts with mistaken data, like payment history, status, balances, and date of last activity. As per 15 U.S.C. Area 602 and 15 U.S.C. Segment 604 A Part 2, I have the right to protection and a buyer revealing office can't outfit a record without my written instructions. I have attached the FTC report to support my complaint with the FTC report number XXXX.
