Consumer Complaint: In reference to the XXXX account - I have sent many letters disputing this account 's inaccurate information being reported on my credit report. I have requested the process of verification, including WHO verified the information- but never get a response. on XX/XX/23 I sent a letter with factual information that the data furnisher is reporting different information to the different credit bureaus. That would explain that there is no way the data furnisher can be reporting 100 % accurate information, and the account needs to be updated to showing it was never paid late.

Consumer Complaint: For the account of XXXX XXXX : I have sent many letters starting XXXX of XXXX through XXXX of XXXX explaining that this account has never been late and requesting that it be updated to show there was never a late payment. After never hearing back from Experian and seeing that the account has never been updated to show that it's never been paid late - I requested the method of verification. I still never heard back. XX/XX/XXXX - Sent a final letter advising that if this was not corrected or if they couldn't provide me with their verification process, including WHO verified this .... I would be filing a formal complaint with CFPB. I also showed proof that the data furnisher is reporting different information between the different bureaus- so there is no way that the information can be 100 % accurate. I still have received no communication, other than logging into my Experian account and seeing that the " account has been verified ''. This is not acceptable.

Consumer Complaint: I am XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am a natural living person. I am writing to dispute certain information present on my credit report, which I believe is inaccurate. This dispute is based on the provisions outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S. Code 1681a, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2, and 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ). According to 15 U.S. Code 1681a, the definition of a consumer report excludes reports containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the reporting entity. It is evident that the information in dispute falls under this exclusion. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 emphasizes the responsibility of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. The law stipulates that furnishers must provide accurate information and prohibits reporting with actual knowledge of errors. In addition, 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) supports my claim by specifying exclusions from the definition of a consumer report, highlighting the relevance of the disputed information to this exclusion. Based on the provisions mentioned above, I kindly request an investigation into these discrepancies and urge prompt action to rectify the inaccuracies. As per my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I also request that you provide me with a written explanation of the results of your investigation. Enclosed are copies of documents supporting my claim for your review. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request that the inaccurate information be corrected or removed from my credit report at the earliest.

Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit report, I noticed I have XXXX late payments being reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX I called and they were unwilling to reverse the late payments although I have excellent payment history, and this was an oversight on their part. This is not how a customer with my history should be treated, I notice the late payment was reported in XX/XX/2022 and XXXX XXXX. Please note I have excellent payment history with is company and has never been late. From my history of never being late, this is an oversight on behalf of the client. I would like these late payments to be removed and cleared from my credit profile. 15 U.S. Code 1666b - Timing of payments ( a ) Time to Make Payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date.
