Consumer Complaint: Yes my name is XXXX XXXX I'm complaining about XXXX experien and XXXX first Experian I didn't talk to them over and over with the computer and disputing XXXX XXXX XXXX saying I have an account and XXXX both of these companies said I lived in XXXX Kansas which I never have at the same time that they saying I live in Kansas I didn't show them proof where I live in Missouri they keep putting this XXXX XXXX XXXX on my credit report XXXX on my credit report and this apartment complex that I never heard of I asked them to send me the proof where I had these accounts you have me with XXXX different addresses and I explained to Experian that I never lived with these addresses they keep for the last 4 years posting the same thing they got me at a negative I only owe one thing on my credit report and that's XXXX XXXX the rest of the items on my credit report I have no clue XXXX XXXX XXXX won't even give me credit so how do I owe you when every time I file for XXXX XXXX XXXX phone I can't get it or whenever I file for XXXX phone or XXXX phone I can't get none of this stuff but you telling me I had it and I got I've been complaining for the last 4 years I am tired of it and what you say I owe {$270.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX another {$200.00} to XXXX and {$1000.00} to some apartment complex that I don't even know about and I keep dispute needs items it's nothing getting done they say they taking them off they put them right back on I'm just getting old and I'm tired XXXX is got a negative on my child support case which I'm currently paying so it shouldn't even be on my credit score they took it off they put it back on my kids are XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX you say I owe backpack I'm paying it why do you have a negative on why is child support even on my credit while I'm paying this stuff here I didn't give nobody permission XXXX XXXX or Experian to post my information or to sell my identity to third party companies I'm just trying to figure out how can we or meet XXXX these XXXX credit reports with false information if you going to put my information out please tell the truth my bank account you say I owe a mortgage with my bank account I don't owe a mortgage cuz my bank don't loan out that kind of money well and credit me for that kind of money I didn't complain I didn't get in touch with the merchants half of them don't even know what I'm calling for because they saying that they don't have no record of me but this company Experian keep posting this false information on my credit report you send me the mail at one address for the last 4 years but you telling me I have services at another address over in Kansas this stuff is really beginning to get on my nerves and something need to be done about them because I don't believe that no one gave them permission to sell or use their private information and then they got me at a high risk and only thing is is XXXX and XXXX XXXX dollars how is it a high risk because they say so something need to be done with these XXXX credit reports credit unions that report false information about people I need to know if anyone can answer my question how do you file a lawsuit against these XXXX XXXXXXXX credit reports that post wrong information on a person this is my fifth attempt trying to solve this problem and I truly hope you can help me someone give me an answer to report these people are these companies because inaccurate information messes up my credit
