Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the list of accounts below have violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. I requested Experian, XXXX, and XXXX to reinvestigate the accounts sited next : Acct # XXXX, Acct # XXXX. After multiple attempts through letters, phone calls, online disputes over a 3 to 4 month period, they have consistently stated that everything was complete and accurate. How is that possible if the open dates, last activity dates, amounts, closed as collection account, amounts reported monthly, payment histories, etc are incorrect? Because this has impacted my ability to obtain credit, I am requesting compensation and the correction of my credit reports to accurately reflect my credit history. There are a total of XXXX inaccurate entries on my Experian credit profile and XXXX on my XXXX profile. I am requesting compensation for a total of XXXX inaccurate entries.
