Consumer Complaint: I got an alert that a collection account was added to my credit report and upon reviewing it knew that it was incorrect. I filed a dispute and it was not removed. The account reads as " XXXX. XXXX XXXX '' and indicates that the original creditor is XXXX. It states the account was opened in XX/XX/2023. And it states that there is a past due balance of XXXX. All of which is false. I relocated to Missouri on XX/XX/2023. I signed up for XXXX but was unable to connect to my internet. I then contacted XXXX and requested service. I was told that there were no caps which was a lie. I agreed to internet and home security. I noticed on my bill that there were caps, canceled the service ( never installed or used/activated the security part ), and went with XXXX who came to my home via a door-to-door salesperson. I then returned all XXXX equipment and my XXXX XXXX account was hooked up. I had service in XXXX only- ONLY internet- and returned all equipment. Therefore it is impossible to owe a bill for a service I did not have. I called 3 times to disconnect and each time they kept trying to keep me as a customer. The XXXX time I made it clear NO. I have had XXXX XXXX every since. Therefore I can't have a bill from XXXX, and I do not owe them any money.

Consumer Complaint: I have disputed my Department of EducationXXXX accounts that are still appearing on my " Experian '' credit report. They are appearing as " open and with a balance '', when they should be appearing as closed/transferred and with a {$0.00} balance. This is causing my credit report to show twice the amount of money on student loans and it is affecting every aspect of my life in a very negative way. My debt-to-income ratio is not qualifying me for anything. I have disputed this XXXX times with Experian, have made phone calls them and submitted documentation from the Department of EducationXXXX as proof ( that accounts are closed and with XXXX balances ).
