Consumer Complaint: I had been paying XXXX XXXX XXXX for 1 1/2 years. Till I received back 2 months payments saying another collection agency had bought my account. ( ERC ) They automatically started reporting negative on all 3 credit agencies. ****WAS NOT AWARE OF MY RIGHTS****** I sent ERC a certified letter of validation. What they responded back with is NOT in anyway 1 ) validating the debt is mine 2 ) And or in any shape a validation of prove of the charges. They are charging me a one time {$600.00} fee and a total of {$5500.00} They are not even deducting all the payments I made the last 1 1/2 years!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

Consumer Complaint: I have told this company ( ERC Holdings LLC located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX ) several times on RECORDED LINE to Cease and Desist contacting my phone number. The Debt Collector is using a similar debtor name attempting verification of a debt not owed by me. My phone number is NOT listed, and, for them to obtain my number is using illegal privacy invasive methods on an innocent. This company was warned to remove my number, and, at the time they said the number was being deleted, however the harassment continues. I have maintained a call log with caller identification to show this harassment to the CFPB, FTC and Attorney General. This federal complaint serves as written demand to CEASE AND DESIST. I do NOT verify any debt. Any further contact " written, electronic, or by phone will be viewed as ILLEGAL. I will take full advantage of Federal Law and take legal action if these wrong attempts do not immediately stop.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX 2017, I mailed XXXX XXXX in XXXX FL for debt validation, but instead company never sent information regarding debt that was requested in validation letter but I get a notification from XXXX that they refreshed debt saying the debt was opened in XXXX 2017 which is false.I disputed this collection all of 2017 but no response from the company.It was deleted by the major credit bureaus before but company re added debt but changed the opened date on the account to reage debt which is illegal
