Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the following accounts have violated my rights and are in error : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/2023, the credit reporting bureau XXXX Equifax XXXX acknowledged that there were in receipt of my dispute and were still working on the issues. On XX/XX/2023, I checked my credit report and the above accounts still reflect as a negative mark on my credit report. Again this is a violation of my rights under the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602 A which states I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604 A section 2 ; also states that the consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. In my initial request to the credit reporting bureau on XX/XX/2023 ; I requested that the agency provide me proof of my written consent for the accounts listed above to be furnished. I specifically asked for the original contracts and signature, and proof within that documentation that states Im consenting for this information to be furnished. As of XX/XX/2023 ; I was never provided that information for any of the accounts referenced above. The inaccurate accounts are doing damage to my credit rating and I demand the accounts to be deleted from my credit report immediately. By the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I demand that these items be investigated and removed from my report. It is my understanding that you will recheck these items with the creditor who has posted them. Please remove any information that the creditor can not verify. I understand that under 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i ( a ), you must complete this reinvestigation within 30 days of receipt of this request. Thank you for your time and help in this matter.

Consumer Complaint: SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT : CHARGED OFF, NOW RESLOVED BY FURNISHER A charge off is considered a certificate of indebtedness which means it is income and must be removed. I recently came across information related to charged-off amounts and their implications under the Internal Revenue Service ( IRS ) regulations. According to the IRS Article, a charge-off is considered a certificate of indebtedness, which means it is treated as income and, therefore, eligible for removal from the records. In light of this information, I kindly request XXXX XXXX 's assistance in reviewing the status of the charged-off amount associated with my account. Additionally, a cease and desist any and all activities related to the use and disclosure of my consumer information, as allowed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681, et seq. As a federally protected consumer, I am opting out of any and all authorizations, whether written, unwritten, verbal, or non-verbal, that I may have previously given XXXX XXXX under the provisions of 15 U.S.C. 6802.

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.
