Consumer Complaint: Upon checking my credit report, I see that Discover Bank claims I had a personal loan with them ... .which is COMPLETELY untrue. My credit report does not even reflect the address I have lived at for over 10 years so there is NO WAY this account is mine. I have gone back and forth with Discover and they have done NOTHING to fix this. I just get a message if they tell me to wait for a call from their Executive office and noone has EVER called. The number they gave me is XXXX But I have yet to reach anyone. If this account is going to be reported, I wish to see the original sources of the information reported including, but not limited to, the original contract or service agreement with my signature. If they can not provide me with this information, I request they please remove the accounts.

Consumer Complaint: I attempted to work with this company with resolving the debt owed but due to financial issues I have not been able to. I have now enrolled in a Debt Consultation Company and am working with them to resolve my debt. My debt was accrued by an arson case I experienced at my personal property resulting in tens of thousands in damages. My insurance covered some, and I took credit cards out to repair additional. I never had credit issues in the past before this. Now over the course of years of playing marry-go-round with the creditors I am working with this Debt company for a resolution. My primary complaint is that : now I am being contacted at my place of work. Which I have now been informed is actually illegal and a form of harassment. I feel that it is very unprofessional for me to be receiving these calls and need them to stop. I am trying to work something out, but times are hard.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I was looking at my emails and seen a promotion to see if I pre- qualify for a Discover Credit Card. It said checking to see if you qualify will have no impact on your credit, so I filled out the information and got an alert from XXXX saying there has been a hard inquiry on my credit report. I contacted Discover and got know where. I do have a screenshot of the promotion that Discover claims is not true. I hope you can help me get this off my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: Discover Business Card was used by a volunteer who was definitely terminated. My business partner disputed the fraudulent activity in its entirety. Discover refused to cooperate with me stating Fraudulent activity was not found. Discover advertises Zero Fraud Liabilitys on their accounts. This false and misleading information is fraudulent in itself and I find it to be criminal that discover does not uphold their word based upon contractual agreement. I spoke with a representative today by the name of XXXX who is going to do an investigation again and she said the 0 % fraud liability is only if Discover finds fraud in my favor. Since this is fraudulent Why are they not honoring the 0 % fraudulent Liability clause thats in the contract. She also notified me that because of the way the account was closed and why would our business pay for something we didnt do that she would not be re-issuing a Discover card after the investigation is complete.

Consumer Complaint: We had many fraudulent charges on our discover card. We reported them and then received a letter saying they didnt suspect fraud. Because some of the charges were at places we shopped. I cant believe we are forced to pay for purchases we did not make. I filed a police report but they said to contact the credit card company which we did We are elderly and really didnt notice some of the fraud charges until months later. When we started looking we went back 5 months and found fraud. None of these charges were recognized by discover as fraud. What can we do
