Then I got a report on my credit report in XXXX that there was. XXXX balance on the card. I called and they said it was still interest owed from the prior month. I advised them I paid it off in XXXX and it was closed. Spoke to employee and supervisor who would not work with myself. Told them I would file a complaint. Thanks

Consumer Complaint: Concerns of False Inquiries Reported on XXXX, XXXX, And XXXX Credit reports/ Credit File I noticed inquiries on my credit report that I have no knowledge of. I have NOT given anyone permission or consent to view, access or use my credit report for any reason, I am giving you as much information as I can to help you with this deletion demand so please feel free to utilize this information. According to Section 604 FCRA, I would greatly appreciate if you would kindly provide me for what they call a permissible purpose or proof that I applied or initiated these inquiries from each company as I am concerned about my security and privacy of my credit, something that I take pride in. I also understand that written authorization for all inquiries listed have to be documented and proven if reported. If you have NO proof or evidence with supporting documents, please have these unauthorized inquiries deleted immediately. If concluded online or internet, please provide the IP Address associated with the authorized inquiry which I seem to have serious doubts it was done. I have also contacted the creditor in question and they claim they have NO proof either, of each initiated inquiry, no written authorization documented, and each company has failed to provide to me a permissible purpose or proof and now for me, this is a major concern. Because they do not have my proof of authorization, whether written or verbal, I am demanding you to kindly delete these inquiry ( s ) from my credit report of XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX because it is unproven, non-compliant, and unverified as there is absolutely no evidence or proof of my authorization of a permissible purpose. Section 604 states that a Permissible Purposes of Consumer Reports 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( a ) in Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( F ) otherwise has a legitimate business need for the information ( i ) in connection with a business transaction that is initiated by the consumer. Capital one does not want to remove this from my credit report. This should have been removed in XXXX. Capital one is fraud and their practice is unacceptable. The contract indicating the credit card payments and accounts were transferred to a third-party company. Additionally, Capital One customer service advised me to file a dispute and the late payments would be removed from my credit. This has still not happened and needs to be corrected immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a new XXXX XXXX savings account with CapitalOne.Com back on XX/XX/XXXX. Capital one had a special if you open a new account and leave more than XXXX then they will give you more than 3 % interest and a {$1000.00} bonus after 3 months. I put a lot of money into this account and made very few transactions. I opened up 2 other checking accounts with them and a credit card in XX/XX/XXXX. My paycheck from the company I work for started to go into this new account as well. On XX/XX/XXXX or so I logged into my account and all 3 accounts say " your funds are currently not available to withdraw. Please call us at XXXX '' I have called 6 times now and they keep telling me that my account is in review and they are holding my money hostage. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and I don't appreciate being treated like this without any reason or knowledge. I also emailed the president of the bank 4 times with no responses. I would like them to shut my accounts down and release my money ASAP. Please get back to me by phone XXXX my son 's phone number or email me XXXX XXXX
