Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I initiated a balance transfer in the amount of {$150.00}. Unwittingly I tried to send it to a debit card instead of a credit card. I called Capital One and requested the action be cancelled. Meanwhile I paid off balance which includes the {$150.00}. I was informed by Capital One that a check would be issued for the refund. Within a week, XX/XX/XXXX, I received a check from Capital One in the amount of {$150.00}. I deposited the check and the next day I was informed that a hold was being placed on the check because capital One wasnt going to honor it. I again called Capital One and once again a case was opened. On XX/XX/XXXX, Capital One issued a credit to m credit card account in the amount of $ XXXX issue resolved! Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I look at my checking account and see that on XX/XX/XXXX, I have been charged a {$15.00} service fee from my bank, XXXXXXXX XXXX, for the charge back caused by Capital One not paying the check. I called Capital One yet again- the third weekend in a row- and after 1:22 minutes I am finally told that Capital One will NOT reimburse me for the service fee. This in my view is unfair. I acted in good faith and Capital One did not. Case # XXXX & XXXX

NOT furnishing required and requested disclosures ( sending a contract that does not have my signature on it 3 times ), 4. reporting my personal and private information to third parties WITHOUT my consent ( reporting to consumer reporting agencies from XX/XX/2023 to current ) ... .in fact, with my SPECIFIC REQUEST NOT TO DO SO, 5. reporting to third parties erroneous information and intentionally NOT reporting that this account is in dispute, 6. threatening me with legal action ( dated XX/XX/2023, two threatening letters ) that can not be acted upon at this time because Capital One Auto Finance had failed to furnish ANY of the necessary and required documents requested, COAF has violated me in many other ways, however this complaint is NOT the same as any prior complaint.

Consumer Complaint: Capital One BillPayer failed to deliver two property tax payments by the promised date that were intended to go to my local government. In early XX/XX/XXXX I configured two property tax payments for two properties I am responsible for. These were scheduled using the Capital One BillPayer system which specifies a " send on '' and " deliver by '' date. Both were due to be delivered well before the due date of XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX reported both as a week late and charged me a late fee for both - {$59.00} for one, {$49.00} for the other. I filed a claim online with Capital One and after several weeks of back and forth they said they sent the payments when promised but they are not responsible for delivering them by the date promised nor could they tell me when they were actually delivered. I also went into the local XXXX, Maryland branch and was promised an investigation that would reveal the actual delivery date but after two weeks can not contact the Branch manager who was supposedly working on this for me. Attaching the BillPayer records indicating two payments were promised to be delivered before XX/XX/XXXX but they do also show the payments were processed in XX/XX/XXXX. There is a chance XXXX XXXX got the payments on or before XX/XX/XXXX but I have no way to prove that other than the Capital One BillPayer system saying they would deliver these payments before then. So I was charged and paid two late fees for something that I should not be responsible for. And Capital One is basically ignoring me. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I was communicating with someone on XXXX and the person seemed trustworthy as I got to know them better and this person was explaining to me how I can invest my money and make more through XXXX XXXX through an app known as XXXX. However, eventually I then realized I was scammed as I could not withdraw the money that I have invested. I then notified my bank of the incident but they have refused to help me and have even ignored my letters to them to financially compensate me for the scam that I have became a victim of. Consumer Complaint: CORPORATION CAPITAL ONE was sent a copy of the Consumers status change and then they closed the account without notice, which made the Consumers credit score plummeted XXXX points on the XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. When I called to inquire about the account being closed there was not one valid answer from CAPITAL ONES Agent they said the agreement didn't satisfy their way of doing business per XXXX who is the last associate I talked with.Cheyenne said that Agent with the ID of XXXX closed the account on XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have had 2 of my family members call and get a CAPITAL ONE, account and it hasn't been a problem until I sent the proof that the Consumer, XXXX XXXX, has changed her political status and I need full disclosure of the Account. According to 15USC 1681 602A, States I Have the Right to Privacy and I didn't give CAPITAL ONE nor any of the Credit Reporting Agencies the Right to put my Private information in the Public which is 15USC 1861 604A ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the Consumer to whom it relates. I have not given my written instructions to have all of this information on my Consumer Reports. I am a natural person I am a living human being, I have rights under 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) ( A ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a Consumer Responsibilities of furnishers of information to A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer or any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. CAPITAL ONE has reported the negative information so that everybody could see. So I need the CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER XXXX XXXX to provide full disclosure of this account and the wet ink Contract that we both should have signed because that is the full element of a Contract, Also there should be a XXXX on file with the Foreign Agents doing business in the United States for both XXXX and Agent XXXX. see attachments.

Consumer Complaint: I made a payment of {$1500.00} to Capital One Venture card by transfer from my Capital One checking account on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX.I appears that transfer was accepted and deducted from my balance. I made the exact same transfer of another payment of {$1500.00} from the same checking account on XX/XX/2023. Both payments would have put my account balance below my credit limit. On XXXX XXXX, a small automatic payment was declined because it would put my balance over the limit. When I called the bank, they informed me that, because I had to close a previous checking account and open a new one due to fraud, the credit card division was holding the deposit for XXXX business days before making the funds available. I had not been informed of this before. The new checking account was in good standing, and I had deposited the fund into the account in cash. I can't effectively use this card under these conditions. I can not open a new account at this time because the fraud has temporarily affected my credit rating.
